FM Hand Car Wash

Pretty quick for a popular car wash. A couple of the staff could smile a little more, but largely speaking a good place and reasonably priced. Have used 5ish times.

I stopped by on my way back home. Service was fast, efficient and very good. I paid 20£ in&out the car. Not 5stars because some mould remained on some parts. Overall though I would recommend it.

Absolute rude cowboys. They over charge and don’t honour their prices. Cleaning was poor and workers disinterested. AVOID at all costs

RIP OFF CAR WASH!! They advertise SMALL car as £18 inside and outside then charge me for £20 for medium car ‘Honda Jazz’. They say small car is 2 seaters car! And they say it just increased last week!! Another mercedes C Class he asked £22 when the guy always pay for medium car £20. ABSOLUTE Thief!! Cleaning wasn’t great either!!

AVOID SPENDING YOUR MONEY WITH THESE LIARS!! I wish I could leave ZERO stars these people are complete misleading crooks. I drove in and asked them how much for inside and outside my car? I asked as soon as I entered the car wash how much it will be for INSIDE and OUTSIDE! They told me £18 then charged me £24 at the end. (The clean was NOTHING special.) Then proceeded to argue with me, coming right upto my face lying about what he had said, when I told them that they lied - the guy told me he told me £24 after I said no way did you or else I would’ve driven away as I never pay anymore than £20 for my car to be washing both inside and outside. I should never have paid them tbf. I left there feeling very threatened and vulnerable actually. I will never be returning to that car wash again. Also they had done a rubbish job too as there were still marks on my car both inside and outside.

Many times I said to myself not to go there out of desperate I drove in on Friday to have the service done and it was terrible. Some parts of the car wasn't touched at all. The wheels were filthy. I have to ask them to open the door shuts to wipe down. More interested in collecting cash than providing services. The both men who are in charge were at present.

FM Car Wash is an outright rip-off. I paid £20 for a service that wasn’t even worth a fraction of that price. The quality was abysmal, and the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. High prices, pathetic results, and zero respect for customers. This place is nothing more than a cash grab—avoid it unless you enjoy wasting money and being treated badly.

Had a small car and they started charging for a medium car. Didnt clean the car properly.

Absolute rip off. Charged £28 for a white Toyota Prius in and out basic clean. Claimed it's a seven seater large car price. This price is £10 more than what it is in most of the other places. After haggling he brought it down to £25 still extremely extortionate. I was told to get my husband to give me more money for the cash wash next time. Inappropriate comments. Would not recommend.

Ammaazzziiinnnggg place! They do such a thorough job of cleaning the car properly and take care with the details. Always brilliant service and the guys have a smile on their face too. Really nice guys and very professional service. Used them for 4 years now. Super recommend thank you guys!

Looking back through the reviews, over charging at FM Hand Car Wash, seems to be a common theme and something I experienced today. On arrival I saw that the price on the wall was £12 for a large car, which is what I have paid previously but when I asked for confirmation I was told £14. I know it’s not a huge difference but when I questioned why I was being charge more, the guy just shrugged. At that point I turned my car around and left. I have only used FM Car Wash once before and they did an OK job, not much better than if I’d done it myself to be honest, but there is a principle here and I refuse to be ripped off just because they think they can get away with it. I will definitely be finding somewhere else to take my car, in the future.
