Waves Hand Car Wash Bournemouth

Very disappointed with the finish, especially considering it cost £32. My car is in excellent condition, is regularly valeted, and has a ceramic coating, so it really doesn't take much effort to achieve a great result. Unfortunately, they still managed to do a poor job. The paintwork was left smeared from excessive silicone shine, and the wheels still had patches of brake dust on them. The interior was even worse – the steering wheel was soaked in silicone, and they had even applied it to the black leather! I had to clean most of it off myself afterwards. The tyre shine was also poor, leaving streaky water marks rather than a clean, even finish. Overall, it felt like they were trying to hide a rushed job by covering everything in silicone shine instead of cleaning the car properly. I learned my lesson by letting them loose on my car, and I certainly won't be going back. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere that takes pride in their work.

Got my car “deep cleaned” at Waves Car Wash near Tesco Extra Bournemouth Hospital, but honestly very disappointed with the service considering the hefty amount charged. They didn’t even vacuum the car boot properly, and instead of actually cleaning many areas, it felt like they just applied shiny polish to hide the dirt. Definitely not the standard I expected from a deep clean.

I asked for in and out service (the basic one), but have been charged for premium (£38). The cleaning wasn't what I expected even for the basic. The tyers were still dirty.The product, which they used inside of my car was very sticky and smelly. By the way I still found some unhoover chocolate around. Not recommended at all, especially for this price!!!!
