Very good service, I always clean my car with PITSTOP and I'm very happy, the staffs there are friendly and hard working boys.

I used this car wash once because I was in a rush and there was nothing else nearby. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the result. They appear to use only the water from a bucket, which ended up spreading dirt all over the car rather than properly cleaning it. The marks and streaks were especially noticeable in sunlight. Another inconvenience was that they only accept cash and do not take card payments, which was quite frustrating.

I don't recommend! Went there this afternoon. They charge me £32.00 to do inside and out. Their price list have £30.00 but not £32.00. When asked he didn't explain. I said is ok. Pick up the car and Their were on rush to leave because was finishing their shift. Pick up the car after 45 minutes because he said he was fast. Details left to be done all over the car, dash dirty, skirt and side of the door, outside loats of details. Check pictures.

Be aware they only take cash, we were not told this when we arrived, told to come back in 45 minutes, which we did, car wasn’t ready, we validated our Waitrose Parking ticket, costing £3.50, we were told there was no card machine and they only wanted cash, both guys were unhelpful. We went to see if we could get cash but didn’t have cards on us for the ATM, shops don’t do cash back on Apple Pay, had to validate our parking ticket again, another £3.50. We had to go home, get cash, go back. What a hassle. Wasted 2 hours of my afternoon, £7.00 on parking fees and all because the guys working there can’t communicate that it’s a cash only service. Won’t be going back.

Where are all these good reviews coming from?? I mean the two guys are very nice and friendly yes but the wash is simply not up to standard. They don’t even have the proper equipment, it was a wipe down rather than a wash…

After a full valet service, the car was given back to us still filthy with window marks, water marks and filth in between our windows and car doors. Not the job we expected for the service we were hoping for. Would not recommend.

This was my first time getting my car washed here and I highly recommend it. I met Jose and Mohammed - both were super friendly and treated me as if I knew them for a long time. Mohammed took the responsibility of washing my car and washed it to perfection. He has a great eye for detail and now my car is super clean, like new! He is a very polite and respectful person.

Be careful, I washed the car on the 1st floor, they gave me everything dirty and scratched.

Fabulous result from Mohammad: my car has never been so clean and sparkling, inside and out. First time I've ever used a mobile car valet, after years of taking my car to the Pitstop at the top of Putney Arcade shopping centre. Very convenient and perfect for a full service. I shall definitely treat my car to this service again.

They did an amazing job yesterday with my car. I have a deep cleaning on my car and it looks brand new. Definitely recommend it!

I cannot emphasise enough how pleased I am with the service I received a few days ago. My little car was in a total state outside and in. No judgement from the kind staff who I suspect worked twice as hard for a very reasonable £32 for full valet, my car looked like new. Haven’t seen it look this clean in years. Absolutely fantastic! I’ll be returning !
