Paid for Silver package, but standard was very poor. I sent pictures for a complaint and was meant to have another valet come back. However, with 3 emails and no responses, I asked for a refund, but have still not heard back. I will not be using them again.

Arben did a great job today – I bought a second hand car and they gave it to me in a fairly unclean state, with some mould growing on the back seat. Arben sorted it all out professionally and kindly and even checked my tyres too. Very grateful and the process of booking was terrific. Definitely recommend Wash Doctors London!

Absolutely horrendous management and scheduling. The one saving grace was the actual technician who washed the car, Joe, did a great job. The rest of the experience was an absolute nightmare of booking and miscommunication. Avoid this company like the plague.

Wash Doctors sent Bennys Valeting and I seriously couldn't be happier. Two people had projectile vomitted in my car the night before and it was a mess and stank... Bennys Valeting took the time to clean my car and get it back to the state that I haven't seen since I picked it up from the showroom.. Great work.. Totally recommend
