I love this shop! I have been plenty of times. When I go in, it is ALWAYS clean and tidy! The staff are obviously always keeping a close eye on stock rotation as they always seem to have deal on the reduced items, which is great for me! 4 donuts for 50p Yes please! The staff are exceptionally friendly! They have a lovely team of staff in there! If you ever go to this shop, you will not be disappointed! Keep up the good work Shell Ossett ❤️

Clean, well-maintained petrol station. Facilities to refuel, air tyres and pick up a snack while you're on the go. The only gripe I have is fuel costs tend to be higher than some other local stations, such as Morrisons down the road.

The gas station is open but the salesman (Sarav) decided not to open the door for the truck driver to use the bathroom for 1 minute. The diesel is spilling and it's eroding the shoes, but the salesman doesn't care.

Expensive with unfriendly staff make me feel I was a problem being there

Avoid this petrol station at all costs if using a company fuel card! Staff took payment with the wrong registration, put through again and all went well. Since recieved a letter from Forecourt Eye with an accusation of driving off withput paying. FuelGenie provides evidence of a garage terminal error which Forecourt Eye dismiss and raise their admin charge. No issues with paying for fuel if a geniune error but no interest in resolving.

Open 24 hours friendly staff clean and tidy petrol station

Staff are always very friendly. More expensive than other Shell garages in the area.

Lovely place

Been in here to day handed a Scottish 20 pound over she started taking my reg saying id get reported if fake ell not fake as was out of cash machine this morning so had to go rummaging on floor of car well of car an boot to see if it could pay I did tell her to check on blue light they check notes with she said it didn't work on Scottish note well funny went to shop down Rd an it worked on there blue light how embarrassing did I feel ridiculous

Sumaya is a rude person need to learn customer service won't be using that garage again

Very welcoming when my motorbike broke down on a cold rainy day, they let me stay warm inside. Thank you to Sumaya and Sunil.

Pump didnt stop loads rushed out told them to be told well it hasn't done it befor and I should go out and clean it up,, won't be using this shell again not even a sorry or anything,, waste of money Edit.. owner has said contact on a link but link just takes me to the shell site home page and no idea what to do next

Amazing Staff. Always Welcoming. Cleanliness is Superb. Always pleasant to visit at Shell Ossett. The Manager is really a very nice and professional person. Toilets are very Clean. Staff is very helping. I recommend everyone to visit Shell Ossett for good customer experience.

I attended this station about 4:40am on the morning of the 29th july, the young guy that served me was just lovely, no one is expected to be that happy that early in the morning but he was, his customer service was fantastic, he got me a coffee and a meal deal and was patient with me as I didn't know what chocolate I wanted, his manners were impeccable and he was so curtious, I had the best start to my day due to him so thank you! I hope he is recognised for his great customer service even at that hour of the morning. A+++ service

Came here today had my family In the car, came to get some drinks the lady on the till tried to serve me on a different till as there was a problem with the 1st till but then there was a guy there who stopped her and said I’m a manager didnt apologise for inconvenience or try to explain and was quite rude. The lady was trying to do her best to serve me told them I’m in a rush on my way to family event. He said take the drinks for free to which I refused there was a way for me to pay this guy needs some training before he starts speaking to customers and to learn that a bit of kindness in your voice goes a long way

Abdul took care of our order, Abdul was extremely polite and took care of our necessary needs. I would hire Abdul myself, his customer service was 11/10. Our delivery driver Ismail, was clearly trained by Abdul, as he, was very polite, and caring. 10/10 service but Abdul made it 11/10
