Second time I have been only because they take card payments. This time less than an an hour ago. My car was poorly clean they dropped something, I heard it they said it was nothing. I got home and realised they chipped my car, they knew they damaged it, said nothing and took my £20. Would never use again or recommend to anyone.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely wasn’t impressed with the service at Julian’s Car Wash. I went there despite reading several poor reviews because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn’t. I took in a brand new car that only needed a basic wash after some rain, it wasn’t heavily dirty at all, yet the staff acted as though they were being asked to clean a vehicle that had been driven through mud tracks and country fields. The whole atmosphere felt dismissive and rude from the start. The wash itself was very poor. The car wasn’t dried properly, leaving watermarks all over it, and when I politely asked one of the workers to dry it properly, he behaved as though I was inconveniencing him. Another worker was wearing a hard bangle/bracelet that repeatedly knocked against the paintwork while cleaning the car, which I had to point out because I was concerned it could damage the finish. Overall, the staff came across as irritated, neglectful, and uninterested in doing a decent job. When I looked at the car afterwards, it honestly looked barely any different from when I arrived. Poor customer service, poor attention to detail, and not an experience I’d recommend.

The worst car wash I have ever been to. They destroyed my motorcycle with a corrosive chemical, permanently staining every aluminum and galvanized part. My suspension now looks ruined, and in less than a week the bolts started rusting. These people are not professionals – they are careless, disrespectful, and completely incompetent. When I complained, they refused to take responsibility or fix anything. This place is a complete disaster and should not be in business. If you value your vehicle, NEVER come here.

I took my motorcycle to be washed a week ago. My motorcycle is not dirty, it just had dust on it. They used a very strong product and did not wash it properly. It stained my entire motorcycle. I have suffered a huge loss now and they are not doing anything. They damaged a large part of my motorcycle.

A wash of approximately 15 minutes. For the price they wash very poorly, after drying we see streaks of soap running down the doors.... I don't recommend

Ripe off. I wash cars hear s Rarely only do because of proximity to me and price for Uber cars. The reason being I have to do a seconding cleaning and hoovering when I get home after them. What necessitated my review because I do not have time for it is the price now gone up from between 18 to 20 to a fixed 25. The job still very poor . When I queried why 25pounds he said price changed 3 weeks ago I replied you should be informing drivers when they drive in. Especially regular drivers so the know before you start the so called cleaning For some reason maybe tax evasion or to ripe off the owner they were adamant that it's only cash. When they knew for real I had no cash they went into the office and brought out a card machine. I have uploaded the receipt Why keep pushing for cash payment in a society that's gone cashless. Many rooms for answer!
