Ferndale Road car wash

Got told it will be 30 minutes, ended up being 90 minutes. The guys just a simple liar and just makes up excuses. Charged £30 for a small car inside & out and did a really poor job on the inside leaving huge easy to clean dust marks on my interior plastics untouched.

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for a standard interior/exterior clean on a medium-sized car, which is far too long. There’s only one entrance and exit (same route), so cars that were finished were struggling to get out, which slowed everything down. I was charged £30 when I only wanted the £20 wash, and the GoWash app payment wasn’t mentioned clearly. The actual clean was decent quality, but the organisation and layout make the experience frustrating — especially having to stand outside in the cold with no clear queue system. Wouldn’t return unless the management of the site improves.

This was my favourite car wash the guys works really hard there specially one slim tall men he is an angel the way he made my car shine he deserves a trophy 🏆, i have recommended this place to many, but I got there with my new car brand new car 1st wash they have tear my seat!!!😭😱 I got middle materials and side leather they tear my seat. I was heart broken I gave then 5£ tip they acted strange I went back to the car i though I have over seen but few days after I sink in is not my imagination they broken my brand new car I didnt want to believe is true , cost me 400 pounds to repair it disgusting and the short men act so suspicious when I hand him the tip , now I know why as I know then I.always would go only to.them .sick!

Went there for an in and out before work. Was very quick and yet done to a very high standard, especially impressive as it was just one man cleaning the car. Pricing very reasonable also, no extra charge despite my car being on the dirtier side. Would definitely recommend!

When I went there for the first time, Abraham and his team did a clean job, paid good attention to detail at a reasonable price. During my later visit, I noticed a reduced energy and enthusiasm in their valeting job. Not paid enough attention to the detail. Also, they knocked off the dashcam from my windscreen, used the same cloth to clean the mud/dirt (without a prewash with the jet) from the bottom of the door, side posts etc and used it to clean the inside of the cabin like inside door panels, gloss finishes, leather seats atc. Later, the chap hand-rinsed the same cloth and used it to clean the inside of the windscreen 😒 It's a complete mess, waste of time and money this time. Overall, I'm not very pleased!

I used the parking here from 17:00-01:00 on a Wednesday night, and it was very good. Great location to leave my vehicle and came back worried I’d be blocked in but there were only 2 other cars parked. My vehicle was ok, not damaged and no belongings taken. When I arrived during business hours of car wash the men were very helpful in guiding me to the spaces at the back and helped out with parking questions too. Thank you very much, will be back again! 🙏

Amazing attention to detail. They spent ages washing the van. You won't get this sort of service anywhere else. Every other place is a 10min job

Super frustrated with Ferndale Car Park in Brixton. Two of our vehicles were stuck there for almost two hours because they were completely blocked by eight other cars. Every time I called, I was told there’s no one on-site and they’d try to sort it out, but nothing was done. It’s completely unacceptable for a car park that’s open and allows online booking across these hours to not have staff available. Stuck for 2hrs. Avoid

Drove in, they started work pretty much immediately and 45mins later my car looked like it had just coming from the dealership inside and out. Will be using again.

My car hasn't looked this good for years. The staff went above and beyond with a car that had been sitting gathering moss and now looks new again. Really hard-working team who paid attention to detail and restored my car for a really good price.
