On polite stuff unprofessional no respect and they used dirty stuff no recommend 👎

Really uncomfortable experience. I was over charged by £8 and over heard another member of staff call me a degrading name. Worst of all, my car wasn’t even properly cleaned…I’d go as far as saying it’s unsafe for a woman to go alone but I wouldn’t recommend the service anyway.

I couldn’t be happier with the results from this car wash. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in what they do. My car was in desperate need of a clean, and they made it look as good as new—inside and out! The attention to detail was impressive, especially the spotless finish and fresh interior. They didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was perfect before handing it back. It’s rare to find this level of care and quality these days. Great value for money and a genuinely pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

Been here multiple times and they never clean the car properly so you have to go round the ca once they’ve said it’s done and double check everywhere had been hoovered or wiped

Perfect car wash if you want your items to get nicked. Absolutely shameless people rummaging around people's glovebox in plain sight like its not a big deal

Absolutely horrible car wash. The staff were incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude from the moment we arrived. They showed zero care for customers and were completely unhelpful. The price board clearly stated the cost for our type of car, yet they still tried to charge us the 7-seater price when our car is nowhere near a 7-seater. Very dishonest and unprofessional service. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at a car wash before. Avoid this place at all costs.

My advice is do not go to this car washing they are scamers , say different prices not cleaning properly at all there'l are some Romanians scamers you will pay for nothing you car will be same durty after cleaning so avoid please stay safe.

I had my car washed here and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. While washing the car, they sprayed an excessive and unnecessary amount of water underneath the car mats, which has caused a terrible smell inside my vehicle. The car now smells so bad that it’s uncomfortable to even sit inside. When I returned to explain the issue and seek a solution, the staff member I spoke to was completely ignorant and he claimed he is the manager here, he refused to even listen. Instead of addressing the problem or offering any kind of solution, he rudely denied everything and kept saying, “I didn’t do that,” with a very disrespectful attitude. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behaviour is unacceptable. As a customer, I at least expect to be heard and treated with basic respect. Very disappointing service, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. i had to get service my car from other place to get rid of smells. i have paid extra £95 on a discounted price to get rid of smell. This place has Zero customer service under this management. they even don’t know how to speak.

The worst car wash i have ever seen. Dont ever get a car wash from them. I paid 20 quid for mini valet( inside out ) Complete waste of money. Just sprayed water to my car( no foam )nothing Wiped in the air. Still mud on tyres Asked them to clean again but again waved a cloth in air Slumbags. Appeal to staff : Get a job somewhere else dont spoil someone’s business.

A place to be avoided at all cost. Rude staff especially the one collecting the amount. Got my car washed but had to do it again myself. The poorest cleaning, non professional attitude and worst customer service. The single star i clicked is only because without that the review could not be posted other wise overall it does not even deserve a single star. Pathetic place and staff.

Get rid from here after wash still dirty black mirror small staine over charged

I toke my Car here to wash and I have joined the queue and waiting for my turn and another car came from behind pulled in front of me and the members of staff saw it and they washed that car and after myself saying this person is jumping on a queue the ignore it and they went ahead and wash thecarf regardless and then they were rude with me all way hrough and they rushed with my car wash leaving the car not clean properly in the inside and with the terrible attitude and luck of professionalism as they showed me will never come back again after a third world experience I had and I do not advise anyone to come here . They Are very Rude and unpleasant place.

Poor service and rude staff First and last visit

The car cleaning service has gone down. They don’t clean how they used to and they miss many areas. Staff are also rude. I was charged the same price as a Range Rover for my small 4x4. When I questioned the manager about this, I was given silly reasons like ‘my car needs to be just a “little bit”lower to count as a small 4x4’. When I asked for examples of what cars would qualify, he could not give me any. Since my car was obviously one of them. When I said I did not agree but still will get my car cleaned at the higher price, I was told ‘that’s your problem’. Not sure how being rude and overcharging will keep loyal customers coming back. I will be taking my services elsewhere. Shame.

This is by far the worst car wash I’ve ever experienced in the UK. On my first visit, I paid for a full in and out wash. While the wash itself was mid, I discovered afterwards that my air vents had been pushed in and broken. When I raised this with staff, they promised me a free wash next time as compensation. When I returned, not only did I not receive the promised free wash, but the car wasn’t even properly cleaned or dried, and the vent was broken AGAIN. I had to finish wiping it down myself. Despite their earlier promise, I was still charged, and the staff brushed it off with fake reassurances: “I’ll take care of you”😂😂😂😂. Now I’m on my way to Halfords with a dirty car, and ready to pay £150.00 for a new vent console. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.
