Service really does vary, if they say its cash only they are not telling the truth, when you say I don't have cash and no I don't want to go to a cashpoint then a card reader very quickly appears. The clean is usually good value for the money paid.

Really bad service and would not recommend. My number plate came off whilst they were cleaning it and so did the logo badge in the centre of one of my alloys. The car didn’t even look that clean

Terrible car wash. Car was still dirty after they had finished I had to clean it again myself. Water marks on the window and still dusty and dirty inside.

Really poor job carried out on my car today. Had to ask for my roof to be cleaned as they had not bothered to wash it. Then had to ask for the boot to be hovered as this too was not done and then when I got in half the car was not cleaned. When I questioned this I was told that they don't move pens or umbrellas. I was so fed up I asked for the spray and cloth and end up finishing it myself. Far better car washes in the area. This was in the afternoon on a weekday. I dread to see how they manage on a busy Saturday or Sunday

I left my car parked under a tree, the birds had the time of their lives on it. These guys got all the dirty off, by the time they finished, my car looked like it belonged to someone again

Excellent hand car wash. Great value. Very efficient team. Dealt with a years worth of kids in the back seat amazingly.

Definitely wouldn't recommend, as the dirt was still there after washing, we had to go back there and ask to clean it again,which they did and it was clean afterwards

Stopped by after my car had been completely “claimed” by pigeons, and I’m so glad I did. I just had the exterior cleaned, but they did a great job. What really stood out though was the friendly team, genuinely made the whole experience enjoyable. I left the car wash smiling!

The car was washed very badly for £35

poor detail to attention. My car was not wiped dry which they promptly finish the wash under 10minutes. I also left the location with a massive scratch on my car panel after inspection, which I went back and discuss about the observation but cannot verify if it is their doing or not...I would not trust these guys

Absolutely brilliant service. The team really take their time and pay attention to every little detail — inside and out. My car came out looking spotless, like it’s just rolled out of the showroom. Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and genuinely high-quality work. Definitely my go-to car wash from now on!

Car was very dirty and the guys did a great job. Even managed to get a dent out the bumper which was greatly appreciated!

First and LAST time, i’ll ever go here! 👎🏽 Staff are very careless with controlling the jet wash, hitting it against the vehicle on multiple occasions! It’s only after reaching home, i noticed a dent on the body where the jet wash made contact with my car! Staff seem to be more interested being on phone calls and smoking whilst attempting to my wash car and the two that were infront at the time. It took 30 minutes just to have the outside washed. I’d expect if they paid more attention, the whole wash process would have taken minimal time. Also the products they use on the vehicle are either very harsh or haven’t been diluted to the correct ratio as I also noticed it has destroyed my both my number plates. I have used numerous car washes on a weekly basis over the past 20 years for my minicab and this has been my poorest experience. Unfortunately, i will not be returning back here again. It’s a shame, as they are located in a good spot with ample space to get the work load done.
