H2O Car Valeting

I do not normally write reviews, but after the wonderful experience my daughter and I had today at the H2O car cleaning service in the Westfield shopping centre car park, I felt I had to share it. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Wayne, who could not have been more kind, helpful and welcoming. My daughter is six months pregnant and has young children, so as you can imagine, her car had seen its fair share of snacks, grass stains and general family mess. The car is also quite old, and with so many beautiful, expensive cars around, we felt a little self-conscious about bringing it in. Wayne did not judge us for a second. In fact, he immediately reassured us and made us feel completely comfortable. We ended up chatting about family and family values, which was so unexpected and lovely. The whole experience felt personal, warm and genuine. When we returned to collect the car, we honestly could not believe our eyes. It was immaculate and looked like a completely different car. Wayne and his team had done an incredible job. My daughter was so happy she nearly cried, and immediately announced that the children would no longer be allowed to eat in the car! 😂 We came away feeling immensely happy, not only because of how amazing the car looked, but because of the kindness and care we had been shown. It is rare for something as simple as having your car cleaned to become such a memorable experience, but this truly was. Thank you so much to Wayne and the whole team. We will absolutely be returning and will continue to use this service.

Paid over £100 and regret the service is awful. I know they will send a response saying I should contact some corporate email or they will put right what they missed (both are marketing tactics to keep my money). Let them accept they did a poor service, overcharged and either refund or offer a free service in their response. If not. PLEASE NEVER USE.

scammers.ive emailed 4 times with no reply to cancel and refund.you cannot even ring a person to talk to.

Excellent service from start to finish. My car was absolutely gleaming when I collected it – the attention to detail was outstanding. The manager went out of their way to look after me and made sure everything was perfect. I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality clean. I’ll definitely be returning!

Very bad service, I arrived at 19:24 to get my car washed after I finished work cause I see that on google it says they called at 8pm and the lady at the desk told me were closed I said but it says you close at 8pm, she said we’re closed and we’re not washing no car at the moment, me and my staff are getting ready to go home it’s been a long day. Very bad service and not polite

Paid £150 for the interior to be shampooed and the leathers to be conditioned. Left with dirt still on the seats, trims and dirty cloth marks on the windscreen…very disappointing. I question if they actually did what they said they were going to do.
