I cannot recommend John highly enough! I needed an emergency clean and he managed to fit me in very quickly (when no other valet service would). He came to our home in Chiswick, and did a phenomenal job with an interior deep clean following a vomit incident. He gave me a price upfront and honoured that, and was super friendly and understanding of the situation - you can tell he’s super knowledgable about the services he offers. We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

I spent around 30 minutes watching him work, and I was genuinely impressed by the care and attention he put into every detail, including the interior. We contacted Ecoverde Valeting & Detailing Service because we had a problem with mold in the car. We already had someone else coming and do a treatment few months before but the problem was still there. John was great. Not only he was able to fix the issues but he went above and beyond by finding someone who could dismantle the car to make sure the problem would be fixed at the source. They did the job together at hour house and we didn't have any issue since then (both the bad smell and mold have disappeared). And all with natural product. Highly recommend.
