Do not go here! The guy who runs it is incredibly rude, they accidently broke my cars window buttons - which I was annoyed at but I can fix, and accidents happen. What annoyed me more, is they flat out denied it was then and started making things up instead of just apologising and taking accountability. Accusing me of lying and scamming them, and when I told them I have been here 3 times in the past, he starts asking for my name saying he's never seen me before...well you wont anymore :/ There were also a lot of dirty/dusty areas in very obvious places that were left out but I dont really complain about these things but as they broke my car slightly, ill just add that on top. I would give 0 stars if I could but thats not possible. Bad service, bad cleaning and rude, nice!! Edit: he replied and doubled down and called me a liar, I have just got my windows fixed and the mechanic said it was broken due to excessive force on the buttons...wonder where that happened

Authentic, tenured reviewer here. Came earlier this week and they broke my wipers, then blamed it on me and tried to charge me extra for it. I decided I couldn’t be bothered to continue the argument so walked away. On the way out, I heard the manager call me a slur. NEVER COME HERE.

visited this car wash yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. I asked for a basic exterior wash for my Mini and was told the price would be £25. When I asked to see the price list, there was nothing close to that amount listed for a standard wash. When I questioned the price, I was told it was because the car was “dirty.” While it did have some bird droppings and hadn’t been washed in a while, that is exactly why people go to a car wash. After I declined, the price was suddenly reduced to £20, which made the situation feel even more questionable. If a business advertises a price list, those prices should be respected and applied consistently. The experience felt unprofessional and gave the impression that prices may change depending on the customer.

I came here today as it’s local and convenient. I would not recommend this place. I asked if they do a discount for staff and they said it’s 10% which is fine I agreed. They then said you need to be wearing your uniform and badge. I said do want me to go home get changed and come back. They said no it’s fine, next time. They still charged me £45 and didn’t include my discount. It’s not hard to see why they’ve got such bad reviews. Awful customer service and massively overpriced for a basic clean.

Absolutely appalling experience — avoid this car wash I genuinely wish I had paid more attention to the extremely low ratings before using this car wash. Having experienced it first-hand, I can completely understand why the reviews are so poor. If I could give zero stars, I would. The car wash itself was being conducted in an extremely rough, careless and, frankly, concerning manner. When I saw how aggressively the car was being handled and how unsafe the process appeared, I decided that I was no longer comfortable continuing and asked for the car wash to be stopped. What happened next was completely unacceptable. Instead of responding professionally to a perfectly reasonable request, the man in charge became rude, abrasive and aggressive, shouting at a woman, using racial slurs and swear words. His behaviour was intimidating, completely disproportionate and utterly inappropriate for someone dealing with customers. Regardless of any disagreement, there is absolutely no excuse for shouting, swearing at or aggressively confronting a customer — particularly when that customer is simply expressing concern about the way their own vehicle is being handled. The whole experience was extremely unpleasant and left me genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. A business operating in a customer-facing environment should make people feel safe and respected, not intimidated for raising a legitimate concern. Please avoid this car wash. The very low rating should have been a warning, and after experiencing the behaviour myself, I would strongly recommend people think twice before using it. There are plenty of places where you can have your car cleaned without having to deal with this kind of disgusting and aggressive behaviour. 0 stars if it were possible.

I went today asking prices for car wash. Bro thinks he is running a luxury car was in Tesco car park. Bare rude. Asked he does discount for chauffeurs then he start thinking why shall he treat Chauffeurs differently 😂 bro just run a car wash no need of running brains. DONT GO IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET ROBBED With attitude like that no thanks. Anyways Good luck to you.

Good car wash, they do a decent job and are also quick, but charged £45 for a Vauxhall Meriva, definitely not worth it.

I recently had a wash from this car wash and £10 in coins went missing i didnt realise till I got home so ignored it but dreadful experience paid £40 for in and out like that wasn't robbery enough.

Wasted my time. I go here because it’s convenient, not because it’s good but never again. Told me it would take an hour so I got something to eat in tescos and then did my shopping. An hour and ten minutes later, they hadn’t started it. I’m sure they had put it to the side because it was too dirty. Total waste of my time.

Rubbish, they tried to charge me £20 for outside only, explains why no other car was being washed when I arrived....I left with my dirty car, and judging from the reviews it's was the right decision. Do not waste your time.

What an incredible job by staff. The service was quick and excellent. My car looked spotless both inside and outside and it feels like I just buy a brand new car from showroom. Outstanding value for money. You guys really earned a permanent customer. Thankyou, really appreciate your service.

Very basic decent wash, not worth the price. They broke something that was on the car and tried to pass the blame onto me knowing full well they broke it and could have just apologised.
