Car wash

Terrible service, didn’t wash the car properly, lots of stains and dirt left behind and the company began the finishing process and asked for payment. My complaint was ignored. The wash is much worse than I expected upon inspection when I got home.

I went here purely for the fact that last time I was able to pay by card. Today I was told AFTER the service cash or bank transfer, I opted for bank transfer as obviously I didn't get any cash out, I was handed a card and left to do the transfer, they came back to get the card with the details on and asked to see the statement, as I'd literally only just made the payment it wasn't showing up on my statement but I did have the notification saying the payment had gone through, I was then made to park my car and told to wait. After ten minutes the payment was still not showing up, as I didn't have time to potentially spend half my day waiting in a car wash I got out the car and made the guy watch me pay again for the service, he stood and watched me but still didn't seem satisfied as it still wasn't showing up on my statement, he then proceeded to click buttons on my banking app trying to "look for evidence" even after watching me pay for a second time. As I single young lady I was made to feel extremely vulnerable. I explained to him the service wasn't good enough to pay once let alone paying twice as there were still cobwebs and water marks on my car and that he had literally watched me put the second payment through so I will be leaving. Both payments are now showing on my statement after an hour of making the payment. Absolutely horrified by my experience here and strongly urge you to pay by cash if you have to use this place.

Very poor cleaning, car inside was still very dusty for £20 - they’re like 5 of them and none of them can do the job. Pls don’t come here waste of time and money

Not very good they don’t wash the car properly rush you away and they don’t wipe it down properly either when you leave your car will still be wet don’t pull your boot up either to wipe it dry absolutely useless place Tye worst Iv been to

Always in a rush, don’t wipe the car over properly at all, don’t clean the inside any where near good enough, leave marks over every window and don’t even have the decency to say thank you at the end, and stare at you when you want your change back after a dreadful car wash. Do not go here if you want a good car wash, or even a mediocre car wash.

I’ve been here twice and each time I feel like the car hasn’t been cleaned properly inside, it’s a rush job and for the price it just isn’t worth it! Staff don’t seem very friendly either, avoid this place and find somewhere else to get your mony’s worth!!

Apparently the size of my car changes each time I visit. If you have one of those cross over cars or small SUVs then you need to be careful with making sure you know the price before you let them start spraying the car. They keep on changing their minds as to what size of car they want to charge me for.

Just NOT a good car wash company. There is always a little something not done properly. This time I had enough, never going there again.

Car was washed in no time at all, inside and out. Reasonably priced!

Terrible car wash paid 20 pound soap was still left on my car it was dripping wet. Inside of my Car didn’t even look like it had been touched.

Cash only. So I have to guess how much it will be before I go there, then drive to the cashpoint and get the cash out first. More trouble than its worth. This is literally the only reason I get cash out month to month. Other than that the service is ok, but the second there is another carwash that takes a card I’ll switch.

Excellent job and very quick

Came here today for the second time hoping it would be better than my first experience. Safe to say If you are a woman they make up the price on the sport, over charging you. Staff are rude and dismissive. Worst part is the “cleaning” was terrible, car left dirty! I did raise it with them and they didn’t care.

Honestly don’t wash your money. The jet wash they used threw up more dirt on my car which they did not wipe off even after I pointed it out. He just kind of shrugged at me and told me to pay. There is much better car washes in the area

£27 for a car wash including interior hoover and window cleaning. Seems a bit pricey for the speed at which they zoomed over the car. Car was hoovered inside but spots on the windows were missed whilst they rushed to clear the queueing cars. The wash itself was average with a petrol station auto car wash probably doing a better job consistently.

use to be good but now no, clean was not good so many marks left all over the place and somehow damaged the tint on my back door

To say they didn’t clean the car is to say nothing. Very disappointed.
