I can highly recommend Kingfisher's. The repair to my car was 1st class. The turn around was quicker than expected which worked out better for me. This was my first encounter with Kingfisher. I would not go anywhere else should my car need repair in the future. The service and standard is 100%.

King is just great. He quickly and affordably fixed my BMW iX3 (little scratches here and there) before the lease end, so it passed the inspection without even a closer look or a discussion. King is a proud and experienced owner of this garage, which provides great customer service.

Went to Kingfisher when my car was banged and had a big dent along the rear wing and scratches to the paint. The car now looks even better than before I had the accident. He also, free of charge, repaired some other completely unrelated wear and tear and polished up the headlights and fixed some scratches on the bumper. Literally looks like new and the respray completely matches the paint on my car. He's very professional and keeps you updated with his progress and lots of photos of the work done. If you want your car returned to you looking like new, he's your man!

What can I say. I made a stupid mistake and put a nasty dent in my beautiful 67 plate 640i rear wing at 930pm on Thursday night (03/07), messaged Kingfisher first thing in the morning (04/07) and he called me and said come and let me see. By 0930 that morning he was sanding back the damage and pulling the dent out. Photo updates all day. Collected the car at 1700hrs same day and it’s as good as new like it never happened. Treated my car like it was his own. Proper old school gent that clearly loves what he does and did everything he could to make it perfect for me. I will recommend to anyone and will definitely be back - my guy in action in the pics 🔥👏🏼🤗

It turned out a bit more expensive than the initial quote based on pictures I sent but they were clear about it before starting the work. Recently I had a long scratch all the way front to back and small dent on my rear door of my car. They were fast, efficient and excellent finishing job. I got back my car within 2 days. I hardly recommend if you have anything regarding body repair of your car.

Excellent service! 10/10 Mr Kingfisher did an amazing repair on my car. He did it super fast, turning it round in the same day. He kept me updated with WhatsApp messages, showing me progress. Overall, really pleased with my experience and the quality of the repair. Kingfisher was welcoming, communicated clearly and - most importantly - has a huge amount of skill when it comes to repairing cars. The work he done is perfect, the car looks factory again. The shop is nice and clean, easy to get into and I especially liked the pictures of him repairing in that same shop over 20 years ago! Make sure you go in to the second shop on the right, as there is another body shop right next door. Ask for Mr Kingfisher. He's the best!!

Without a doubt, this is the best, most reliable (plus good pricing) garage in Thornton Heath. Seriously, I will highly recommend them. My van had damage to rear door after an accident and the bonnet also needed a respray. The work they did was impeccable- it’s like I have a new van. A Great Experience! The Process - I communicated via WhatsApp with an enquiry which was efficient. I received timely response - I brought my car into the workshop on Thursday and by Saturday it was ready to be picked up. I really appreciated the quick turn around. - I was given daily updates regarding the progress of my car which was appreciated. I could see the amount of effort being put into my car Professionalism - The office was clean and warm which was appreciated to standing out in the cold! - I think it was a fair price point for the amount of work done to my car. Human Touch - Mr Kingfisher communicated very well with me regarding my car. I felt like he was very proud of the work he did and wanted to uphold his great reputation. - Mr Kingfisher ensured my car was professionally cleaned afterwards which I was very grateful for. She basically looks brand new to me! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Kingfisher Repair is the second shop on the right hand side. Excellent service, the owner is honest, clean, tidy and respectful. He has his own tools and works very hard. He does not cut any corners as does everything properly. Best in the business and makes sure you feel welcome and comfortable. His prices are very reasonable and you won’t get that elsewhere. I will be coming back here for any and all things.

We had a loan car whilst our own was in another garage being repaired, when we picked the car up, it was in pristine condition and this is how it needed to be returned, as the loan company would look all over it for scratches, marks etc. Now it had deep dents to the wheel arch where someone had driven into it before driving off…….a nightmare! We needed a good job done and was not disappointed. Kingfisher is clearly at the top of his game and takes a personal pride in all that he does from the moment you hand your keys over, you know your car is in good hands. The quality of work is excellent, to superior, he is a great communicator, keeping you in the loop as he goes about his work and his pricing is more than fair for what he delivers on. A bit tricky to find as he is in the middle of several other garages but lean in and there you will find him. Excellent craftsmanship at a reasonable price. I would challenge anyone to see where the dents were, including the loan company!!!
