The Big Car Wash Welling

Honestly not worth it. Spent £25 on the gold tier to have both inside & out cleaned and was left with dusty interiors, along with forgetting to give us a car freshener. Will not come here again.

Great car cleaning service - nothing was too much trouble, my dog gets travel diarrhea (you can only imagine the mess even on the ceiling!) but the boys got stuck in and sorted it out for me, the beige roof lining will never be quite right (looks like a faint brown map of Africa on it) but everything else is perfect. 10/10 for effort, I will definetly go back next time my dog squirt. I 100% recommend The Big Car Wash if you have a dirty car.

Been a handful of times and received a different service each time, the last time however was the last time I will ever visit, The queue was long and service very slow therefore when it got to my turn it was very rushed, I also noticed that other customers seem to get preferred treatment. I waited over 35 mins and got a half decent clean in the end.

Really disappointed. It was hot and they were busy (Saturday 30th May). Wash cost £10 and I gave a £10 tip as they were working in such heat. Got home to find the wheels (gloss black) had not been touched and still covered in brake dust. Tyre shine applied but not actually cleaned the wheels. Had to clean them myself which defeated the object of getting the car cleaned and should have checked outside of the car before leaving.

Not satisfied. Not as good as they used to be. Wash was below average and still lot of bug residue left on the front grille and windscreen after the wash. The guy who did the intertior and windows was so lazy, i have to show him all the spots he missed. Looks like they do not want cars that are too dirty...Would not visit this car wash again.

Edit: They made everything right in the end. Leaving up original as they seem great guys. £10 Still dirty afterwards, really basic clean. No others left in the area I'd go here and then finish at home instead of paying more money.

Positive experience with this car wash. I had not made a booking and they accommodated me pretty quickly. They was efficient and pleasant in their overall manner. I would visit again.

Standard valeting car wash establishment. Short wait. Disappointed to find that my roof had not been cleaned properly. Other than that a decent clean inside and out.

Called beforehand and was told this car wash was open. Google Maps also showed it as open. Drove there on Sunday around 2pm and it was completely closed. Wasted journey and total inconvenience. At least update your opening hours or give correct information when customers call. Basic stuff.

Car wash at average price. But they gotta make sure everything is well cleaned.

Turned up, staff rude, quality of the clean was awful, didn’t clean inside of windscreen, outside was so bad I had to pullover and clean it with a tissue same with wing mirrors! When I asked them to redo bits got told out of chemicals delivery Monday. Maybe I got them on a bad day but I won’t be going back.

In and out £20 medium car they were quick and did a decent job
