Crystal Clean Car Wash

Absolutley AWFUL! Took my car there for a wash, dry and polish and wasted £15 and ended up with marks on the car that were not there before. The 2 guys drying my car were wearing zip hoodies and continiously kept banging their zips on my bodywork which was painful to watch. To add insult to injury they used an old dirty used spounge and squirted polish onto it and proceeded to "polish" my car. It took them less than 5 mins and the 2 guys doing it thought I wouldnt check. But I got out and had a look and they missed the boot and there was still bits of polish here and there on the side panels. It was absolutley appalling and I really wish I didnt give them a penny. I just needed to go as I was in a rush otherwise they would have had trouble. Definately do NOT recommend coming whatsoever. They had no care in the world of how they handle your car.

Really impressed with the service and quality of cleaning these guys provided. For £10 I received a full wash and thorough clean inside and outside. Absolute bargain for money. Highly recommended. 👌🏻

I can say best Carwash for service in the area. also cheap price as well I had same service in other Carwash cost me £20. But in Crystal carwash cost me only £10 .

Car cleaning inside and out side ok , but they removed some work things from my car and never put them back in my car when they had finished cleaning, so went back the next day , opening hours 8.30 but didn’t open until 9am so I would advise anyone getting there car valeted to check all your items are put back in , I had to loose a days work for them .

If you would like to damage your car, go here. Stupidly I took my brand new car here as it was the only place open after I finished work. Asked for a mini valet, the guys did not care about doing a good job. Didnt remove mats to hoover just did it on top of them. Used a product on my leather seats and dash leaving soo many marks and residue. Honestly had to come home and do it myself. Left my car in a poor state. Avoid this place.

Worse car wash ever i washed my car here today they did not even clean the wheels after drying i went away checked my car an showed dried mud i went back and told him he said sorry an try to use wet towel to clean it off i told him you will put scratches an i left these foreign just care about making money an don't care about consumers cars or feelings avoid going here they will mess your car an leave scratches horrible people

WORST AND SLOPPY. Worse car wash ever and I've had some bad ones. What appears to be the "boss" was too busy putting the workers on his own car while rushing mine and did the sloppiest job of drying and even though their " programmes" promises a variety of services, he even forgot to shine my tires and I had to reverse back in to tell him. Not to mention the rude and audious attitude when I asked if he had "finished drying" my car. AVOID THIS PLSCE LIKE THE PLAQUE IF YOU LIKE A DECENT CAR CLEAN.

The cleaning was ok compared to the price.

Took a brand new van for a wash...sprayed wheel cleaner all over the black plastic wheel centres and didn't wash it off properly..when dry all the centres have acid marks all over them...never go again...shoddy

Guy asked for a cigarette half was through and they wasn’t going to dry it until I asked.
