Great service! Jak managed to fit me in last minute which I truly appreciated! Would highly recommend as my car looked amazing after the Full Valet service 👌🏽

Sold me the machine polish TLC Signature Detailing at £210 based on a surface scratch. After 3 hours the car looked shiny from a distance like after a wash and wax but that scratch and others were still there. After I pointed this out, and only after I had pointed this out, he polished some of them out manually to an extent.

Considering the weather conditions which was -3, jack has done an amazing job. I would recommend him to my friends.

Jak was friendly and professional with the right tools for the job. The car looked absolutely fantastic after he had finished with it. There is a right way and a wrong way to wash a car and Jak certainly knows his stuff! Can't fault him.

The best carwash, valeting and detailing service in London. I opted for the super mini valet and added the wax seal on for an additional £10, which was well worth it. My car looks brand new, it is gleaming which makes it such a pleasure to drive. I was really impressed by Jak's professionalism and sharp attention to detail. Jak was extremely courteous and arrived in a timely manner. His work was fantastic and he paid a lot of attention to the details. Additionally, he managed to remove some scratches that I didn't expect to have sorted without a visit to a body shop! Honestly the best service I have ever received, I paid for the TLC signature detailing and honestly worth every penny I paid. My car looked brand new as soon as he was finished with it and even looked better than when I bought my car from the show room. The customer service was on point as well, such a lovely man to speak to, extremely polite and will definitely recommend if you want to get your cars cleaned or detailed.

TLCC (The London Carwash Company) arrived early and sorted out the car, leaving it lovely gleaming. He brought his own water, completed the job fast and charged me a very reasonable price.
