I thought I was obsessive compulsive… but I soon found out that I was nothing compared to Karen.!! He is both remarkable as a detailer and pleasant as a gentleman. I thoroughly recommend him and his services…. So much so that I am bringing my Aston Martin to do a full detail with him, after having collected my Ferrari today. I generally don’t leave these reviews, but in Karens case I will make an exception. He looks at every job not as a work schedule, but as if it is his own car. Albeit if I gave him a Ferrari ,Aston or even a Morris Minor, he would I’m sure be as diligent as he was doing a Pagani Zonda!! He cultivates this feeling of trust, as if you could , once you have given him your car keys, you know you will pick it up swirl and marring free later. He also did things (like touching up the paint work and painting the vents) that needed to be done, but I didn’t ask him! That’s how obsessed he is. Karen, in my opinion, there are lots of detailers who profess they can do the world of good to your car…. but only one company achieves it. Meridian Autocare!! You must be proud of your achievements; and if you are not, then surely your customers are on your behalf! Well done and I have no hesitation in recommending you to everyone who needs your service.

Despite regular driving, the gloss, beading, and ease of cleaning are exactly what you’d hope for from a high-end detail. I handle my own maintenance washes, and throughout this time Karens has always been generous with advice, helping me make sure I’m caring for the car properly. He’s never once hesitated to answer a question or offer guidance. In January 2025, I bought a new set of Rays TE37 wheels—a big investment—and the only person I trusted to protect them was Karens. As expected, the ceramic coating and attention to detail on the wheels were absolutely flawless. His workmanship is genuinely next-level. It’s a shame to see fake 1★ reviews popping up recently, clearly from people who have never used his services. Anyone who has dealt with Meridian Auto Care knows the quality is unmatched. If you want the best detailing and ceramic protection in the area, this is where your money should go. Highly recommended.

Amazing detailer!! Karens made my car look brand new. My paint looks amazing now! He removed everything from holograms, swirl marks, bush scratches and more which left a deep glossy scratch free finish and finished it off with a ceramic coating which is so slick and beads like crazy! He has also previously deep cleaned my interior removing stains from the seats and carpets with a wet vac and deep cleaning the leather making my whole interior look and feel brand new. Overall this man is a very talented detailer who takes pride in his work and has an eye for the smallest details, I couldn’t recommend him enough!!

There is only one word to describe him, a 'magician'. When I bought my dream car, it was in a horrible condition. Too many imperfections, chips, deep scratches. Also there was no enough paint. But he was able to make my car just like a brand new! Now Meridian Auto Care is my only 'go to' place. I can't recomment enough, just trust them, you will love the result.

I just bought a used Tiguan R Line that runs very nice and looks amazing from the outside, however, when I picked up the car, I realised how bad the smell and general hygiene was inside that I almost wanted to give the car back immediately. I decided to reach out to Meridian and booked in an 'Interior Deep Clean' and was shocked once I saw the car after a day and a half of work on it. It turned out there was a dog that had been in the car as part of the previous owners and caused the car to be completely disgusting. The guys at Meridian literally gave me the feeling that I had just bought the car at 0 miles the moment I drove off. Everything was shiny, smelling good, nothing felt grimy anymore and I finally got out the car without having sticky hands or feeling unhygienic. This car went from a 0/10 on hygiene to an easy 10/10. I also really liked that Karen explained everything when I got there about every part they managed to work on, etc. Another cool part is that I didn't expect the car's outside to be done as well, it looks brand new from outside too, the alloys look shiny and the paintwork looks seriously good! Definitely coming back here! Highly recommend!!

Karens is the two things you really want your detailer to be: a huge petrolhead and a complete perfectionist! He even fitted me in at short notice to wash the car again after I stupidly parked my freshly detailed car under a tree. Great results, I cannot recommend more.

Absolutely fantastic all round service - Karens was responsive on messages and despite the heavy job of 65+ hours, he was able to fit me in within a few weeks ahead of summer. My paintwork was awful having been damaged by previous owner's lack of care and fox scratches, but it now looks like a new car well beyond what I could have hoped for. He is very knowledgable about best process and practice and clearly knows his stuff - thank you so much, I will definitely be back as a regular!
