The worst car wash in London 3 times make complain and finish with drty car

Never again, £17 to wash just outside of the car , this is ridiculous with this price they can clean in and out anywhere else .

One of the rubbish servers with rude staff will never come back here

Worst experience ever. Do not come here. After the wash, I noticed a large stain had been left on my car. When I politely pointed it out, the lady working there shouted at me instead of trying to resolve the issue. The customer service was completely unacceptable. They also charge you before the service, which makes it difficult to address any problems afterward. The whole experience was so unpleasant that it genuinely felt like something out of a horror movie. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and go somewhere else.

£30 for a wash inside and out AND apparently they polished the car That’s the worst car was EVER DIRTY WHEELS AND Thats about as polished as JORDANS SINGING VOICE diabolical service

Paided £17 for the worst car wash iv ever had

Very disappointing experience. I paid to have my motorcycle washed, but the job was terrible. They didn’t even clean the wheels properly, which is one of the most basic parts of a motorcycle wash. To make things worse, after I had already paid, the staff were aggressively asking for tips. It’s unacceptable to expect a tip when the service isn’t even done properly. I won’t be coming back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Rubbish service

The laziest bunch of scruffy, dirty shirkers you will ever come across. They thought they were doing me a favour rather than me paying them to do their job. And they wanted a tip. Well my tip is, go somewhere else

Very Very rude bad customer service

Trust me it's a scam. Worst car wash. Deep cleaning £75 absolute rubbish. They do nothing special. Don't use any extra services in this car wash. Old man was so rude to everyone screaming and shouting. Never going back again.

Worse car wash place in the world, charged me £40 just to wash 1 seat not even Hoover front or the back, female Eastern European who washed my car was swearing at me when I asked kindly why is not the front is not being hoovered when I paid for inside cleaning spoke to the manager he did not bother to deal with it just said she will speak to her do not go there

This is hands down the worst car wash I have ever seen. Unless you are in a desperate situation, I definitely do not recommend it. They do a sloppy job; the exterior of the car remains soaking wet and somewhat dirty. Also, whatever you do, don't let them clean the interior windows, or they will end up dirtier than they were before. On top of that, because the chances of finding a car wash open late at night are very low, their prices are excessively high…

-10/10, honestly the service was so bad I regretted it instantly. The women hates her job and she steals money from vehicle even if it is £1 it happened to me and I’ve confronted as I’ve seen her do it and she denied. Towels are not clean it stinks and they charge £25 to make the car even more dirtier lol, all my life I’ve been paying after the car has been washed not before so clearly they know what they are doing. Honestly worst experience ever I’d rather let my 5 year old wash my car. No professionalism at all as workers started arguing in front of us delaying our time. Very rude. Please don’t waste your time or your hard earned money towards this car wash it’s not worth it. Honestly no hate at all just pure honesty. If you want to go to a very good car wash go to chamber street car wash they charge £20 for inside and out, your car comes out spotless and they make sure everything is done without you needing to point it out.

Yeah that was fun. When i tipped the inside vac part with a fiver . The surprise was priceless. It’s important to engage with people who are cleaning your vehicle, they are human beings after all I was very happy with today’s experience and will definitely be returning. Ps next time I’ll take a picture 👍🏾
