I’ve been using these guys for around 7-8 years now, and I’ve never found a better car wash. They always do a fantastic job, are friendly, professional, and genuinely take pride in their work. Today I accidentally left my wedding ring in the driver’s door pocket before my car was cleaned. It was picked up by the vacuum without anyone realising. A few hours later, I went back after noticing it was missing, and they immediately checked the vacuum collection bin and found it straight away. Their honesty and willingness to help says everything about the team. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Been taking several of our cars here and their several stages of exterior wash and their proper drying is what makes me keep on coming here.

They are efficient and fast. Their organization allows for a smooth flow of vehicles.

The most rude and disgusting employees. They talk poorly about all their customers and they don’t properly clean your car. I’d avoid it if you can!!

This was by coincidence. I was passing by Wembley and I had been delaying a visit to my local car wash. However, after seeing the quality of the cleaning and the way the wheels are shining (after multiple attempts in many other places that couldn't even fix it), I was impressed. Seriously, I can't fault these guys. They are absolutely brilliant. I wish they were closer to where I live so they could be my local, but I will make sure to come back every time I am in the area. Very well done, guys. Very well done.

I have no idea how they have 4.7 stars they are by far the worst car wash I have come across extremely rude employees, one tall guy was extremely rude, alot of attitude and inconsiderate, I am a mum with my 2 kids i cleared out my car to avoid hassle with carseats etc whilst waiting and was treated appallingly and when my vehicle was finished I politely asked if i could get the mat cleaned beacuse there was still dirt the response was 'your car was dirty' i mean isnt that the whole purpose of going to a car wash? The cost is usually £20 and to get doors and seats wipped and cleaned £30 which i accepted because my car needed a good clean. He then took the mat washed it and i said thank you and then with attitude I recieved; hurry up we have customers waiting and I asked for abit of time to put my kids in the car which he replied saying be faster when he could've asked nicely if it's okay to move and park the car on the side of the road to load all my belongings. When I confronted the man that his attitude isn't okay as I'm a paying customer who was being polite and respectful to be then treated in that way for no reasonable reason, he continued to be rude and another man who is a worker joined in and it was a intimidating situation until another worker tried to calm it down and I payed him the money and commenced to get in my car and leave with my kids. But honestly this was absolutely disgusting never experienced it in my life and will never return instead just 1 min away in GOALS there's a lovely, great customer service car wash and the owner and staff are very accommodating, I went to vanguard car wash thought to try out because my original car wash were very busy and I was short on time but never again after what I have experienced and honestly if your a woman or a mum with kids avoid completely, i would not reccomend you go either you'll be met with the same attitude.

Excellent the best in this area

The only car wash worth visiting in W London. A car wash where the workers have been here as one team for years, they treat your car like one of their own, with respect and care. Been to many car washes that do not care. These guys actually spend time rinsing all the soap out, they dry your car very carefully and thoroughly and they must be using good quality cleaning products because a week later my car is still shining. There’s always a line here, I have rarely seen this place quiet!!

Amazing car wash, the guys are doing a great job. I’ve been going to them to clean my car for a couple of months now and the car is always well looked after. No marks after the wash, everything is clean! Highly recommend!
