Jewels Passion Detailing Mobile Car Valeting

I had initially contacted the firm (back when lockdown wasn't a thing) to arrange a full detailing service nearby - I was local to the firm's registered operating address (as shown here on Google Maps) at the time. I was asked to attend said location on Google Maps, which I did. Lo and behold, when I did arrive I was met with no establishment by the names 'Jewels Passion'. Instead I was greeted by a series of completely different firms E2 Body, Building Supplies and H&H Motors - see corroborating photos attached. It was unprofessional of them to ask me to first attend but even more unprofessional to allow me to travel to the location only to waste my time! I could have arranged a detail elsewhere during that time (which I later did, as I was forced to contact others nearby). May have great reviews but my experience was on the contrary. Sol.

Main phone number is a fake, hangup after the my question. Wouldn't trust the company who dont want to have buisiness with their customers.

First time there. Wasn’t great experience. Felt like my car was rushed. A lot of things missed that I specifically asked for. Felt like I took my car to a Petrol station car wash. Note: I was booked I have evidence of text on WhatsApp. Just using a different google email.

I got my Lamborghini Huracan machine polished & ceramic coated by these guys. They’ve done a cracking job. I am now on their mobile maintenance detailed wash program. They have been recommended and I’m very happy so far.

Booked headlight polishing with Jewels Passion Detailing Mobile Car Valeting and the difference was clear straight away. The headlights went from dull and cloudy to bright and clear again. They took their time with it and made sure both sides matched properly. Makes night driving feel much safer now. 🚗✨

Was looking for a mobile valet and detailer for my classic American car. Stumbled across this company not to far away so booked them in. Came on time, didn't need anything (came prepared with water, power etc) and did an incredible clean and wax. Car never looked so good and was nicely prepped for the car show I was going the next day. Thanks!!

Have used this business 4 or 5 times now and they are excellent every time. Super polite and on-time with work done to a very high standard. Service is first class and they have often gone above and beyond to fit me in at very short notice. Price is also very reasonable considering the quality of the work. Many thanks to the team.

It was my first time with Jewels Passion and also the first time that my car (G-Class) was washed by someone else than me. I am passionate in detailing and washing my car so I have been always worried to have it washed by others but after watching them at work I could tell everyone who is reading this review that your car will be treated by people with a lot of passion and dedication at their work. No more to say: excellent service for a very good price (I paid 35£ for the exterior regular wash which for a G-Class, in my experience, it is a very low price).

Awesome and professional level of detailing. Daniel did a smashing job on my BMW X1. Had a long road trip Scotland and lake District with road grime and bugs all over. All washed cleaned treated with maintenance wax and could not be more satisfied. Icing on the cake is everything done at home without having to drive to a detailing place! Would highly recommend jewels passion detailing.

Used the mobile car wash and interior clean service and found it to be excellent. Such a genius idea! Was able to get on with things at home rather than waste time going somewhere and waiting around. Cleaned to a very high standard, many thanks. Highly recommended.

What a great service - from the first enquiry to to the end result, Jewel and his colleague Quy, were professional and polite. I wasn't sure what service I needed, so they dropped by and took a look, recommended and booked a date. Quy was on time on the day, was very polite, and explained what he was doing. He spent a few hours cleaning, polishing and waxing my vehicle, and clearly took pride in his work. The car looks immaculate and I am so happy. The price was competitive and really worth it !
