And after wash 30£ they charged me car was still dirty as anything Guys don’t waste your money you’re better off cleaning yourself rather then taking the car to these cow boys They don’t even use cloth to wash car properly They use a broom and the way car goes dirty same way they send it back Can you imagine they use kitchen roll to wipe windows off

Worst car wash I’ve ever been. They hardly cleaned anything. They make it seem they do. Charged me £20 for doing nothing. Didn’t even provide air freshener for the car. I cleaned it myself after their disaster job

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! Will be reporting to Trading Standards. Doesn't deserve 0 stars. I wish I looked at the reviews before I decided to go here. My car hadn't been washed for a few weeks so saw this place and thought I'll go for it. It was a Friday and no queue. The price was determined before they started, £10. They used these plastic/rubber wipers to wipe down the wet car, never seen this happen before. The guy knocked on my window and said "finished", I looked to the left and could see large soap bubbles dripping from my wing mirror. At this point I had paid already so I got out of the vehicle, went inside and told them. One guy waved his hand at me and said "No English" and said his colleague would attend to me. I explained that soap was still on the car. That's when I realised the entire car was still wet. I pointed out that it's dripping and he said he can't do anything about that and proceeded to wipe the car with a microfiber cloth with minimal effort, with me having to guide him to where it needed drying (the entire car btw). Anyway I explained that I get my car washed in Camden for the same price and that this was a very disappointing service to say that least. By the time I arrived home (20 minutes) and switched my car off, I noticed my right electric wing mirror had been damaged and no longer operates. The mirror did not hlfold electronically so I tried to use my hand to nudge it and now it won't open. This is due to them blasting it with water BUT not drying the car at all. I'm so disappointed with this cowboy service. I now need to pay to have this replaced. I'm not expecting them to take any responsibility but I will warn everyone I see queuing for this place. They do not deserve customers. Appalling service. Need closing down. Avoid At All Cost.

Absolutely appalling experience – avoid at all costs. Paid £30 for what can only be described as a lazy, substandard “clean”. When I questioned the high price, the supervisor (short stubby guy) was incredibly rude and dismissive, bluntly saying, “price is the price”. When I asked if paying £30 meant I’d at least get a proper job done, he actually replied, “no, we will do a basic job”. That alone tells you everything you need to know about their attitude. It feels like they make the price up based on their instinct of what they can get away with based on the customer and the vehicle type. The cleaning team’s behaviour was just as bad. As customers arrive, they’re sitting around smoking back-to-back cigarettes, showing zero urgency, no professionalism, and absolutely no customer service. No greeting, no courtesy, nothing. It honestly feels like they couldn’t care less about the people paying their wages. The interior (cockpit) wasn’t cleaned at all – no proper wipe-down, no detergents, no fragrance… nothing. It felt like I drove away in the same dirty car. On the outside, they used what looked like a sweeping brush on the bonnet instead of a soft cloth – completely unacceptable and likely to damage paintwork. When I got home, the car was still dirty. Water streaks everywhere, missed patches of grime, and an overall rushed, careless finish. It honestly looked worse than some £10 hand washes I’ve had elsewhere. Rude staff, poor quality, and completely overpriced for the level of service. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!! One very disappointed customer!!

Absolute nonsense. It was the nearest car wash, I didn’t check the reviews properly and now I wish I had left the car in its filth. One staff member was arguing with his colleagues the whole time. I had to tell one to polish off the water marks. They didn’t even squeegee off the water at the back I had to point it out. If I had noticed the inside prior to leaving I would have done it myself! I’ve never left a car wash and the car is not clean. They didn’t even add a polish!

Charged me £20 for in and out but didn’t clean properly like other place. Mostly still dirty not happy at all.

My car wasn’t clean when they’d finished. Streaks, Missed bits still dusty and hard water spots left behind all over the car. I had to use my windshield washer wipers on the way home to clear a film of dust they left behind and had to polish out the marks myself. For the final drying they appear to be using old towels which must be dusty themselves hence the bad finish. Horrible sloppy job. Won’t be returning.

This place is an absolute joke hence all the reviews it’s already received. Just tried to charge me £25 just to wash the outside only of a small van, don’t waste your time.

Trash, don’t go if you car about your car. Guy used tissues to dry window, sweeping broom for body which was on floor, old dirty microfibres cloths, no tyre shine, won’t recommend to anyone…

Terrible do not recommend. They make up the prices as they go along. Charged a bigger car in front of me 20 pounds for inside and out and then my smaller car 25 (maybe because I’m a woman?) I would not have known if I hadn’t seen him pay so sure they get away with this as they don’t advertise their prices. The man with the disability is the one setting the prices according to the one who took the money. Will avoid in future and keep others away also

Every review you read it correct. Avoid this car wash, wouldn’t even call it a car wash! 0 stars!!! Didn’t even use any products inside only hoovered and used a dirty cloth. Dirt was still visible everywhere. Horrible.

Quite possible the worst car wish in London? At the very least in East London. Only go if no other option and even then, think twice, thrice, or four times about it.
