Very disappointing service – not worth £36 I was in the NW11 area and decided to try Mint Green Car Wash, but I won’t be going back. I paid £36 for my 5-seater car and the quality was very poor. The outside still had visible dirty stains, and no tyre shine was applied at all. The interior felt rushed — it looked like they just did a quick hoover without proper attention. The dashboard and steering wheel were not cleaned properly and had no finishing shine. When I pointed this out, I was told it’s because the car hadn’t been washed in a long time. I don’t think that’s a fair excuse for the price charged. I usually pay £20 at my local car wash, where they do a proper inside and outside job. Very disappointing experience, I won’t be returning.

First and last time. No care taken at all left with car still dirty and wet, dirty wheels and needed to go over it myself in the end. Much better car washes around!

I would have given it a lower score if I could, very overpriced on the mint valet, and shockingly there are so many places inside the car which are not cleaned. So disappointed.

Really disappointed with this car wash. The price was too high for the quality of service. My car was still dirty after the wash and it felt like the cleaning was rushed. Definitely not worth the money and I expected a much better result.

Very bad experience. The car wash was expensive and not worth the money. After they finished, my car still wasn’t properly clean and there was dirt left behind. I expected much better service for the price paid. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back.
