Me and my mate pulled in with a air leak from the valve, we looked online and it said it’s shouldn’t be more than £10, the guy without even inspecting the leak he immediately charged £70 and tried to negotiate £60. I said Nha and went to justtyres and they did it for free, it was just a small issue with the pin in the valve and he fixed it for me for free. Update - hello who ever you are, I am not a competitor cuz if I was your company wouldn’t exist. Second of all, I have a dashcam footage where you can clearly see your employee charging me £70 for a valve leak and luckily enough I have audio on it too 😁. I hope this helps more people to not go with you guys.

Serviced my Mercedes s class changed oil and filters. Alloy wheels was refurbed same day Got 4 brand new tyres at very good cost All in the same day they gave me a free car wash toke them 4 hours and my car had a whole new look definitely recommend them 5 stars

This was a really good reliable car wash and they always did an amazing job, until I went yesterday for a clean and my car came out a large chip/scratch. There was also dirt in the same area (even tho the car had been washed and was just being dried and polished). I told the manager and he basically spoke a load of nonsense whilst the guys who were polishing my car disappeared. He was very jarring and trying to intimidate me. Very unhappy with the treatment and will not be returning. Unfortunately with these car washes, they always have a liability waver, so not much action can be taken.

Best Car wash in Colindale. Staff are friendly and the owners Marshall and Sultan have the best customer service and eye to detail when cleaning the car. Staff are polite and helpful as well. Worst car wash experience ever. The staff is disrespectful and the "clean" car they gave back to me was still covered in grime. They also tried to squeeze more money out of me at the end. NOT COMING BACK AGAIN! I was in a search for a good rated car wash in the area and saw this on google so though let me try here since the reviews are good. Upon arriving there are only two guys who are actually washing cars at the time and there were multiple cars they were washing at the same time so I already thought in my mind it’s not gonna be a good one. After washing drove forward for them to clean the inside, I had a look at the quality of wash on the outside and to tell you it is not very good. I saw guys drying the car with wet rugs so it would obviously leave wet marks. Alloys wasnt washed properly, they sprayed some chemical on the alloys but didn't even rinse it! Additionally they hoovered the inside, did not take out the mats to clean them and hoover underneath which of course left a lot of dirt. For £25 I could have just payed my kid to do it and probably done a better job.

I usually go somewhere else for my car wash, but I decided to give this place a chance despite the questionable advertising. Honestly, it doesn’t even deserve one star. I expected my car to be properly washed inside and out while I did some quick shopping at Asda. Instead, when I returned, my car was parked on the pavement, the exterior was barely cleaned, the rims were still dirty, and the interior hadn’t been cleaned at all. I was extremely frustrated. They tried to justify it by saying my car needed a full service In reality, it only needed a simple vacuum inside. Then they had the nerve to suggest it would cost £60 and take four hours to complete. That’s completely unreasonable. This kind of service and misleading advertising is unacceptable. Either improve the way this business operates or it shouldn’t be running at all. The whole experience felt dishonest and it completely ruined my day.
