I've been to this car wash plenty of times and I normally pay £12 for a small vehicle. Today I was told to pay £15 for a medium sized vehicle. I'm shocked by this business trying to cheat their customers.
Over priced in and out service, such a rush job and still got parts not cleaned properly..
They used to be good, but not anymore.. some of the men are also very rude

Absolutely terrible. Just got my car washed to come home and clean it myself. Smears everywhere and there’s still bird poo on my car. I pointed out that there was still bugs on the front of it and he tried to say that was damage, after him actually scrubbing it, surprise surprise it came off. Then they rushed me out because it was busy. Just gets worse and worse every time you go there. Smears and water marks everywhere. Pointless waste of money
Be careful as they use brushes which scratch your paint. Justification is because of tall cars which they can't reach. Also, it's all about taking your money, they don't really care about your car. Sad.
Worst car wash had to clean the car again myself. And rude staff..... AVOID THIS PLACE
If I could give 0 I would. How on earth are they even still in business??? Thought I’d give them a try (my mistake) again and they are the worst of the worst. I could write an essay on how bad this car wash is. DO NOT USE, they do not clean, wash or even have any customer service whatsoever. Disaster of a car wash is an understatement.
This would have to be the worst place for a car wash. The service is terrible and they are extremely rude with their responses when spoken to. Waste of money!!! They do a terrible job as well as disgusting attitude. The whole team including the boss!!! They damaged my car when washing it and when I pointed it out they told me this is not a mechanics!!! They are extremely rude and they don’t even care about it!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Rubbish wash
Ridiculous!! Just paid £30 for this “in and out” car wash although I pointed and showed some areas that wasn’t done i told them “it could have been done better” they said “everyone can do it better themselves” there was still crumbs on the seats when I was leaving and they weren’t happy that I showed them it. Obviously I didn’t ask for details but this is the worst car wash I have been to. I was so surprised how quickly it finished. don’t recommend this place.

Paid £27.00 for a deep clean. They were done within 10 minutes and literally could not have done a lazier job. I didn’t check reviews beforehand but my god…how can people have such little pride in their work. Place should be shut down for false advertising.
Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this dump. First they argue on pricing when the price list is clearly indicated. They then scratched my car in 3 different areas. They hadn’t even cleaned my car. When I told them what wasn’t done they said you should say that before you go to a car wash. As if I didn’t request a set package.

I definitely do not recommend it. It was left extremely dirty with filthy cloths, and they were very rude. The exterior wash was fine, but the interior cleaning was absolutely terrible. The whole inside and outside wash was done in 15 minutes. If you don’t want to throw your money away, definitely don’t go there.
Worst car wash ever! Charged me £27 for an Audi TT then when asked if they can give an air freshener they said you have to buy????? £27 and they can’t even provide air freshener. Absolute joke. Rude services as well
One of the worst car washes I’ve ever been to. The staff were extremely unprofessional, and right in front of me they rushed through the interior cleaning in literally 2 minutes, completely unacceptable. On top of that, they were rude and dismissive toward customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of time and money. Honestly feels like they don’t care at all about the service they provide or their customers
