Very bad car wash, rude stuff I don’t recommend it to anyone, my car looks cleaner than after been washed .i don’t know why they advertise car wash for £10 and charger £25 , cash only even I’ve been forced to cash out from ATM machine, this is a dodgy business I won’t go back again I will report it to the right authorities

They don't clean inside your car properly, don't waste your money there . Bad customer service

They wash my brand new Mercedes a class and I saw that the vin sticker is removed from my car, I will definitely go back and it’s been reported to the police

I thought it would be convenient to use this car wash as it's in the shopping centre, I was so disappointed. Terrible car wash, go there at your own risk. They spilt product on my car seat and it's left a stain. They park your car in the dark so you can't see it properly until you've left, then you realise how little care was taken.

The worst car wash I have had, the car is still dirty, smeared and greasy and they didn’t even clean the wheels. I did ask for them to sort it and they just put polish over the top. Got the car outside as it’s dark in there and and it looks even worse. Note: don’t go to a car wash that is badly lit. Don’t waste your money here.

I used the ICC car wash at Broadwalk shopping centre at Edgeware and to say they did an absolute bad job is an understatement. I did my shopping and came back in half an hour and all the dust spots were still there all over the windows, doors, etc. When I asked them about it, they tried to act as if they can't speak English though when I gave it for car wash, they could very well speak it. I absolutely wasted my £25 and I would recommend to avoid it at all costs.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with this service. If you can, avoid this place and go somewhere else. These people don’t give you value for your money. Always read the reviews before choosing a car wash. It could save you time, money, and a lot of disappointment. I specifically asked and paid for a Full Valet, but what I received was nowhere near a full valet. The price was never my main concern – I wanted a clean car and quality workmanship. The seats were left much wetter than they should have been after cleaning. The interior cleaning was also very poor. It was obvious that several surfaces had not even been touched, with dust and dirt still clearly visible. When I complained, I was told that this “wasn’t a Full Valet” – despite the fact that this is exactly what I asked for. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to justify why the job wasn’t done properly. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who takes pride in their car. The work was unprofessional, and the worst part was that, instead of acknowledging the poor quality, they tried to convince me that everything was acceptable. They said they wanted me to leave happy, but the poor quality of the work was genuinely disappointing. In my opinion, advertising or charging for a service that isn’t actually delivered is misleading. I will not be returning.

First time getting my car cleaned here and it certainly won’t be the last! The service was amazing and the results were spotless. Highly recommend.

Friendly team, good clean inside and out.

First time using this car wash service and won't be using it again, I dunno what you put on my car but it was left greasy in some parts, by the boot opening and the edges of the doors are now all stained with something, a brand new car and I'm not happy.

Clean well but noticed quite a few new scratches.

I would always bring my car to be washed here but the standard seems to have dropped and is shocking . I should have inspected my car before driving off but I’ve just realised that it hasn’t been cleaned properly. If you’re charging a fee for a service the job needs to be sufficient and this is not acceptable. A few of my relatives used to bring their cars here and they told me they go elsewhere and now I can see why. They’re not consistent with their cleaning so I will not be bringing my car back here for a clean unfortunately.

The experience was quick and efficient. It is very convenient if you want to do shopping or stay in the area of Wood Green for a while. However, if you only want to use the car wash, it works out quite expensive paying for parking for a minimum of 30 minutes and for the car wash.

I had an excellent experience at this car wash. Thank you, Adrian, for making my car seats look brand new. I highly recommend checking this place out. Thanks again!
