Ok Miri Hand Car Wash

Ok car wash. Though my car was not much in dirt, jet washing didnt clean all the things on it. Wiping could be better ofc. I was standing there and wiping it to dry state myself. Actually, fine for a quick wash. But when you have time - jet wash self service is better

Paid £12 for a car wash and the car was barely cleaned. They also refused to give the correct change and only accept cash, which is concerning. The staff were very rude and the whole experience was frustrating. Complete waste of money and it ruined my day. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Avoid. 😠

Had to go here since my preferred one was closed. First guy tried to tell me that the dirt on my window was water. He was shouting so I shouted back. Eventually won the shouting war and he cleaned it properly. The next two just did poor interior job. Product left everywhere, sections missed or entirely avoided. Same the first time I came here. Hoped to never have to come back. More expensive than my preferred place. Rude or at the very best devoid of any courtesy whatsoever. Horrible grubby seating area.

Have been using this place for a few years. Quick and efficient - not always perfect but good enough.

Really poor-quality service. I asked to have my car valeted, and it still looked dirty. When I tried to tell them, they made excuses. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you want a quality valeting service.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience at this car wash. I went one evening before closing, the car was rushed through in 7 minutes. It was dark, so I couldn’t see properly at the time, but the next morning the car was still filthy inside and out. To make things worse, I was charged £22 instead of £20. When I went back on 02/10 to show how bad the wash was, one of the workers looked at the dirt on the car and actually said: “I don’t care, you pay again.” That says everything you need to know about their attitude — rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Only when the owners came over did they acknowledge how dirty the car still was and told the workers to wipe it down again. The owners themselves are polite, but the staff they employ are dragging this place’s reputation down. Overall, poor quality, overcharging, and shocking customer service. I won’t ever return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worst car wash in London. Came to get outside and inside of my car cleaned only to be cleaned lightly with foam and hardly any dirt that was there previously was removed. After telling them and pointing out errors that still need to be clean such as bad poop residue and others I was told that this is the best I can do in the car looks very clean Dust and dirt and even cobweb still found in and around the car never coming here again

How do I leave a 0 star? I Got my car “cleaned” today. Didn’t touch the boot at all and left everything basically as it was when I got there. I expressed my concerns and the excuse was that they couldn’t get the crumbs or hairs up :/

I took my care there for a wash, I really regretted that , very disappointing service and the care still dirty from inside and outside. I want be coming back to this place

I’ve been going for many years and it’s very quick, efficient, and always left my car spotless. No watermarks! Great value for money. Will definitely recommend

I’d be really careful washing your car here. They broke a piece of my car, then proceeded to leave it sitting loosely attached. That piece of my car would’ve come off if I’d driven off with it like that. I have an Audi A1 so presumably it would have been costly to replace. I told the guy that I’d seen that he broke it. He denied it and said it was like that when I arrived. His manger eventually came and glued it back on, leaving both glue and yellow fluff from his cloth attached to my car. They refused to do anything about it. Not a great experience, and I won’t be coming here again. They were rude and patronising throughout.

This was my local but recently it has gone waaay down hill! I asked the guy to wipe the exterior thoroughly, the guy replied when you have a shower you’re still not fully dry! Terrible avoid

Scammers !!!! Avoiding to do the job which one has paid for. They sprayed foam all over the car and just cleaned the windows and start washing away with jet When I asked why aren’t you cleaning all the car They said it’s done i told them I’m sitting inside the car I can see what’s happening. Then inside the car They even don’t bother to clean door panels properly
