£30 for a partly clean car - not impressed - price discrepancy The £30 price included (no. 3 service): - Hand Wash - Wax & Dry - Windows In & Out Although most of the car is cleaned, I am disappointed: 1. The car was not cleaned everywhere to a satisfactory finish - the inside of the wing mirrors, splash shield, glass, panels (had to remove broken sponge and debris) and under the boot lip. 2. There is a fair amount of water droplets on panels and car (not dried properly). 3. The front windscreen is still smeary on the inside and dirty on the outside (unfinished job) Before leaving, I did point out the debris and dirt on the splash shield but did not realise the wing mirrors or windshield until I started driving where it is noticeable with the sun. First time using and will only use again if extremely desperate. If only I had noticed these issues before leaving to get them to re do the job! My friend also had their car cleaned (Tesla) and was charged £25 for the same no. 3 service. For context, my car is a Seat Arona which is a smaller car.

You’ll end up doing some or all of it yourself anyway, so just bypass and do it yourself in the first instance. I’ve used this place on and off for a few years, but every time there’s something that needs re-doing. Sometimes I say something, more often than not I just do it myself when I get home. Today though, was the very last time I will go back. I get back in the car, and the front windows are smeared with redistributed dirt. I thought ok, I’ll just do that when I get back home - I chose the wash as I didn’t have time to do it myself, but thought I had a few mins to do that. When I get home (not very far away) and looked properly, all the windows are covered in dried water and dirt, as is most of the body, the wheels are no better, and the tyre gel looks like it was put on whilst I was driving it. Needed the car clean, so ended up redoing pretty much all of it again myself having already paid £35 for someone to do it. Inside was ok, but had to wipe down parts of that as well. All in all, pretty terrible. Will not go back there again. Hate leaving bad reviews, but really needed to be said. Game needs to be upped when you’re charging that amount, sorry.

Showed up without an appointment and really needed undercarriage and engine cleaning for VPC appt. The manager was so understanding of the situation and was able to fit us in. Car passed! Recommend just booking with these guys instead of trying to do it yourself! Thank you!

I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Our vehicle failed its VPC inspection and they were able to turn it around in under 2 hours resulting in a same day inspection pass. If you need your car in pristine condition with a quick and last minute job, this is the place to go.

Fantastic service, very quick and thorough inside and out! Just drive up, tell them what you want, and let them do the rest. Don't know why I didn't try them years ago!
