IMO Car Wash

Had my new car for a WEEK thought I would take it for a nice wash and this is the outcome and dented on the side with scratches. Also a damaged door I have a mokka so the trim on my door is plastic and it’s dented it all which is now hard to have use of passenger side door without it getting stuck or making a noise. I am absolutely devastated, I don’t recommend this place whatsoever! & how rude and unprofessional and disrespectful the staff were I’m over 20 weeks pregnant I stood there and cried and they tried saying this damage was there before I had my car cleaned which I am 10000% certain it was not. It’s a new car!!! Then he walked away I demanded something to be done which he just filled a form and asked me to wait 10 days, 10 days for what?? The damage is clear as day I fail to get what I need to wait for!! I then went home told a family member which then went up there and the 2 young boys were just laughing and speaking in different language then offered my uncle out for a fight just because he was angry which myself and him had every right to be the state on my new car is disgraceful. Now I’m out of pocket. Please nobody go here i will push every way for this place to close

Just got home after using this car wash to find this paint damage. Too close with the jet wash. Needless to say I won't be using this place again. If you value your paintwork I'd give this place a wide berth. Always rushing to get cars through with no thought to your car.

The fella scratched my car with jet wash noticed when i got out went back he tried to say it wasn't him looking a a couple of scratches elsewhere nothing has been done feeled in a form but nothing terrible

I turned up with mould taking over my backseats and spreading around the car. I came back 2 hours later and it was absolutely spotless, not a single crumb or speck of mould to be found. It’s the cleanest my car has ever been. They are lovely people, extremely efficient and so affordable! I’m never taking my car anywhere else for a clean ever again. Highly recommend.

I took my vehicle through this mechanical car wash and was extremely disappointed with the result. The wash caused clear damage to my car’s paintwork — visible scratches and scuff marks that matched the motion of the machine brushes. My vehicle was in excellent condition before the wash. I immediately contacted the business and sent detailed photos via email, but they denied any responsibility and dismissed the evidence I provided. Their lack of accountability and customer care has been very disappointing. I won’t be letting this matter drop and will be taking it further, as customers deserve to be treated fairly when damage occurs. I strongly advise anyone who values their vehicle to avoid this car wash and consider a safer alternative. I am still disputing this with the and will be contacting trading standards in due course.

I took 2 of my cars to IMO Fforestfach Swansea recently, very disappointed when I got home I had to wash all 4 wheels on each car they were still dirty, the sign with the prices on states including wheel wash!

Very unimpressed - asked for a triple foam but attendant misheard. Went back and asked for the triple wash but they had only charged me for the eco wash. Refused to rectify even though I offered to pay the difference. They said I hadn’t asked for the triple wash even though I had and it was the fault they misheard. The attendant was too busy cleaning their own vehicle. Disgusting attitude. Will not use again

Popped in to get my car washed after the carfest. Really good job, quick too and the staff were approachable. Think it was £8, which is fine 🤷‍♂️
