Its a hit and miss with this place. Sometimes they get the washing done properly and sometimes not. Managers need to train staff properly. You'd expect a professional wash and clean to be done better than if i were to do it myself.. smh

Awful paid £25 for a barley clean car that i have to clean inside myself now. And dont even get me started on the hygiene and toilet absolutely disgusting went to use the toilet and the whole place stunk had to wait outside as I couldn't breathe in their 🤢

Terrible inpatient staffs that don’t give room for client to speak, they are always in a rush to attend to other clients not minding if the previous client job is well done!!! I had a terrible experience with them today that made me regretted visiting there for my car to be washed!

Had different experiences different times. The staffs keep on changing each time. Visited there due to my last experience but this time the service was not on par like last time. They skipped things like trim shine this time which was offered last time for the same price. The interior also felt like they have rushed through everything . The last experience was not satisfactory. Hope they importune the in future

Did a very intensive clean of my car and honestly felt like stepping into a brand new one!

If you take your car there be ready to bring it back damaged. They brought the jet wash so close to the car that it not only removed the bird shit but also paint from the bonnet of the car. When confronted about the damage to the car, they said they will get it fixed from the garage next door and told me that the car has been repainted and that's why the paint came off which is completely false as the car has been in my family from the very first day and was bought brand new and has never been in an accident so definitely not been painted before. We asked them to get it repaired by an Audi approved garage but they refused and also refused to give insurance details and anything written to accept liability. The literal words of the guy who was incharge were, "go do whatever you want, I don't care" Also I've been told by several people that instead of taking card payments into the business account they take bank transfers in random accounts. This also happened to me when I asked to pay by card, they told me to transfer money into a bank account they provided and as I had no cash on me I had no choice but to make the transfer. So clearly tax evasion going on here too which I will be complaining to HMRC about as well. The signs mention Google pay and Contactless payments but in reality they don't take them.

They left scratches literally all over my car. Avoid this place…. Clearly using dirty rags and rubbing dirt/rocks/abrasives all over the car

I took my Polo, which hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years, in for a full wash and valet. When I left it looked and smelled like new. A brilliant job and very friendly service. Thoroughly recommended.

My car was really filthy - hadn’t been washed in a long time - lots of moss, caked on mud and grime etc! The boys did a fantastic job and it looked like new after they were done today. Lovely, hard working people there - I’ll be back !
