Moonbeam Jet Wash - Hemsworth

£1 a minute? where it takes a minute for the foam to clear from the hose and clean water to start running. No thanks, that’s excessive.

Eager to take money and not work! Screen cut off to blank after lying £6 then 2x £4 then £2 expensive car wash for half a finished job, we are now stuck with a foamy car?

Highly recommend, used this car wash regularly and doesn’t disappoint.

Paid four pounds to wash my car, but the triggers are not working, spoke one the phone with customer servis, and been told to wait a couple of minutes for someone to come to solve the issue, waited more the 30 minutes, but nobody came up, called again the customer service few times, but nobody answering, very, very bad smell in this car wash as well, I'm not recommending it at all, that will be reported to the police.

Filthy unit. Ground is covered in mud from the morons who use it to clean off quads or off-road bikes. Machines covered in crap you can’t read the screens. Half the time I asked for snow foam it was just water. I’d go elsewhere given the cost of it.

Really good car wash but expensive I can take it to the local place and they'll wash it for 8 quid or I can do it myself for 12. I'm convinced that it's the time vampire. Didn't install the app as it has too many questions and seems to just want to take all your data.

So, I was a bit sceptical after I read some reviews etc but had no choice really as my car was in a state! 🙈 I asked my son to come with me and wash it for me 😅I paid for the most expensive wash which was £12 and he really had to keep moving fast! You need to keep choosing next steps on the screen as well so I was doing it for him however it can be a bit tricky if you do it on your own (doable though) I imagine this car wash tests your level of fitness at the same time! I think I may use it in the future but I’ll go for the £10 this time.

A hand dryer would be a brilliant addition to the service and we could dry our vehicles instead of using a shammy or towel which can cause swirl marks

This was my first time using Moonbeam Car Wash, and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience. There is a large sign saying that if you download their app, you get your first wash for free. I spent about 30 minutes downloading and setting up the app, but it didn’t even recognize this location in Hemsworth. Instead, it was showing locations over 160 miles away. So in the end, the app was completely useless. I registered, added my card details, and created an account, but I couldn’t find any option to delete my account or remove my information afterward. I’m not comfortable with them having my personal and payment details when I couldn’t even use the service properly. Since the app didn’t work, I paid by card at the machine. However, the instructions were unclear and confusing. There are multiple hoses, and no clear explanation of what to use or when. I paid for the minimum 6 minutes, which is absolutely not enough time—especially when you’re trying to figure out how everything works. I ended up with foam all over the car and had to pay an extra £2 just to try and rinse it off, which still wasn’t enough time. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would not use this car wash again and would not recommend it to others. I would also like to be contacted regarding a refund, as I feel I did not receive a proper service—while they still collected my personal details, which I did not intend to share under these circumstances.

Probably the best car wash I've ever used. With bleeding wheel cleaner, tfr remover, snow foam, plus much more. The hose hang above so not to rub against your car, strong decent power from the lance. 5 star. 1 quid a minute is well worth the quality of the bay.

Foam brush was broken when i come to use

Just 2 expensive cost me £10 and I still didn't have enough time to finish the full trailer I was trying to wash. For extra £5 hand car wash people do it for me

What a waste of £12 high pressure wash didn't work and the brush was absolutely bolloxed and couldn't wash anything , I would really like a refund for this disgraceful attempt to a car was system .

Exceptionally good car wash. The one star is for being charged 12 pounds when you click on the 10 minute 10 GBP button. A bit of a con really, Hemsworth West Yorkshire.

Really good car wash, easy to use and affordable, especially for the products available. Highly recommend it if you’re after a clean shine. Ended up speaking with Sam, who was there doing promo material for the car wash. He really cares about what can be added or changed from customer feedback.

Nothing works properly. Waste of money and time.

Brilliant car wash, ended up bumping into the owner Sam, genuinely good fella showed me how to use the car wash, equipment is second to none, does a brilliant job, it’ll have you fall in love with your car again. Superb clean!
