WASHING

I was a regular here for years,- then the staff became so abusive and rude. Honestly I’m still in shock. They will never see me again, save your money and go somewhere else with better quality and DECENT customer service.

Caused damage to my car and intimidated me until I left without resolution. Would give 0 stars if possible. The men caused damage to my car whilst washing it, told me he would “glue it back together” as a solution. Then told me my car could not “afford” to be at their car wash hence the damage, and attempted to intimidate me through my window and standing in front of my car and pulling on my door handles as I tried to leave whilst other members of staff shrugged and laughed. Do NOT go here, absolutely disgusting the way I’ve been treated and damage has been done to my car.

I clean my car twice a month and fill it up with petrol. However, I've realized that the cleaners are not interested in doing a proper job. It takes just over 10 minutes and costs £15.00, but I'm left with dirty mats, grimy wheels, and water stains on my car. They no longer clean the boot unless specifically instructed. My family and I will never use their services again.

Went for a car wash today. Asked for inside clean and outside wash. They literally took only 3 to 4 minutes to hoover the car and then took a very dirty cloth and just wipped my dashboard. Then a very quick outside wash. At the end they charged me £20 for it. However they didn't even do half of the stuff what they displayed on their price board. When I sat in my car it smells like damp clothes and some nasty dashboard cleaner. I had to spend another 20 minutes at home to get rid of the smell. My car wheel were still full of stains. Hardly any spray foam was used. They have only one person for washing and hoover you car for max of 10 minutes and charged you £20. What a ripp off Will never ever go there again.

So bad experience , plaid £80 for deep clean but when I collect my car I'm shocked they don't know what is deep clean car seat and roof glass still have lots dust £20 standard clean will better than so much
