They do a very good wash and polish,very thorough 👍💯

The workers are hard working however the Windows are never cleaned properly due to wet cloths and there is always soap residue on the wing mirrors left.

I’ve been coming here for many years, but no more. It used to be incredible value - 4 or 5 people would industriously take 15 minutes or so to spotlessly clean the car. I’m guessing ownership of the place may have changed because I was shocked when I recently went in. 2 people ‘washed’ the car in 3 minutes and sent me on my way. Practically no soap was used and the lightest of pressure washes, and that was it. Bits of mould that had collected around the windows, cobwebs hanging from the mirrors, all still there. Greasy streaks left all over the glass, etc. Never again. Loyal customer of many years lost.

Took my child abused car to the car wash £40 later , perfect, all round,. Next week all the seats to be cleaned

Not so great I was told my car my the cleanest they’d seen today but yet managed to get a mark on my seat and still had marks on it . They did rectify the matter , when I got home there was a mark on the roof still. That’s why I’ve given it a two stairs.

The last few times I’ve been to this car wash I felt the customer service was subpar: nobody saying hello and/or asking which service I’d like, they just start cleaning out of nowhere. I hadn’t said anything because I’m aware the staff work in hard conditions and put it down to just an off-day. However, after multiple occasions of this experience I wanted to make the manager aware - I assumed the person running the business would care about the customer experience. It seems I was wrong, as the guy I spoke to did not seem to care one bit, he did not apologise or try to assure me that it wasn’t good enough and it’s something he’ll be addressing. Instead, he told me it’s a hot day and started to argue with me when I said I’ve experienced this the last 3-5 times I’ve been here. He then made it worse by saying “and now we’re waiting for you…” and pointed at my car (there was a little queue because I had got out to speak to the manager, because of the shambles he was running). As it seemed like I was talking to a brick wall, along with his inane comment, I decided to leave. I will never be going back. After 3 years of consistently going here I will never return and I will make sure I share my experience with friends & family because I’d hate for them to go through what I did. Good customer service doesn't take much.

Staff broke the headlight adjusting switch. Got home and opened the boot to find it still dirty alongside dirty wheels and when I went back after realising, they took no responsibility and wouldn’t even refund the £25. Lost a long standing customer today

Update: I made the mistake of revisiting this place. This time when I highlighted areas where the car was left dirty, after trying to charge me a full price, I was told not to come to this car wash again because I complain. Disgraceful. I most definitely don't recommend this place. Quality has dropped since last year 👎🏽 I went for the expensive wash and I wasn't supplied the paper mats, the rubber seals were still dirty, I had to wipe the whole car again when I returned home, inside and out. Overall poor quality ...

Good wash average price but lacks space for customers to sit and wait so not good in cold weather and can be a long wait if its busy

Seems to have changed hands and gone downhill. Very slow, not very clean and really expensive.
