BEWARE - I have used this car wash a number of times over the last couple of years (having mobility impairment) and been happy with their Gold in and out service at £35 for a small SUV. However, today (2026.07.23) having completed the clean, and whilst still advertising the Gold service at £35, £50 was demanded of me. After some words we settled on £45 - I will not be returning. Be advised to check the price of the service you require before letting them start on your vehicle - I will report them to Trading Standards for advertising at a price and then demanding more (in my case 43% more) on completion.

Unfortunately the standard of the wash has declined. I understand they are busy and have a lot of cars to get through but that should not mean the quality of the wash suffers. The wipe down was not thorough enough and my car was full of water stains when I got home.

terrible service and terrible wash. firstly was being laughed at by the workers and mimicked while selecting a service. I was told it would cost £60 to clean in and out when on the price list, a small car only cost £40 after going back forth about the fact he was trying to scam me, he dropped the price and started the wash and i could see they were laughing at the condition of my car because it has scratches and dents & they complained the whole way through. was extremely rude when telling me to move my car forward to start the inside. this was my last straw . said forget it. let me pay now with just the outside. was charged £10 for just outside and it was done terribly. still dirty and ruined paint work . DO NOT GO HERE

I don’t really use car washes as I wash my own my myself however the other day I needed an urgent wash and luckily around 8pm they was still open. The customer service was amazing the service itself was really good fast and efficient. They treat the car with respect and take car of it while washing it. Along side with that one of the members was kind to give me a free Air freshener. I would recommend if anyone is looking to get the car wash.

I brought my brand new Mercedes V-Class in for a wash and the experience was extremely disappointing. The first staff member I spoke to was rude and dismissive. I initially gave him the benefit of the doubt in case it was a language barrier, but the overall service only got worse. While jet washing the vehicle, another staff member dragged the wash rail across the bodywork, causing visible scratches to the paintwork. When I raised this immediately, instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to blame me for the damage. This is a brand new vehicle and completely unacceptable treatment. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation worse. I would strongly advise others to be cautious. Very disappointing experience.

Disgusting treatment. Used this car wash several times over many years, usually a lovely man there and gives me a free car freshener. Forgot my loyalty card. Not seen this man before claiming to be the owner on 23/08/25 & will never use this car wash EVER AGAIN. I drove in asking for in & out clean which is £20 for medium car to be subjected to the rudest man trying to convince me to do the £25 service. I said I do NOT want the gold service for a small car & this was agreed. At payment, he asked card or cash. I said card and he was pacing up and down rudely saying £25 then. I got a basic car clean plus a white stain on the passenger seat either spit whilst I left to get £20 Cash from cash machine as was not going to pay £25. Dashboard not polished, seats not cleaned so why would I pay £25 for service did not receive??? There are better car wash services in Edmonton & nearby. Don't subject yourself to this rude car wash with bullying tactics! It's illegal to bully customers to pay more for services they did not receive!

Lovely blokes and they listened to my instructions and followed them. Very happy and also received a reward card

They damaged the paintwork on my car, a week or so after visiting I noticed the paint had worn away in large spots on the roof and bonnet. Very angry but I have no proof it was them.

Paid £80 for full valet for a car I had just bought. Left it for a full working day, 9am till 5pm. Came back - car was out of petrol, as it had been running, seemingly all day, because it had 70+ miles remaining when I brought it in. Car still had dirt behind the mirrors, they had forgotten about the top of the car also. My items from inside the car, which had no reason to be moved, were placed in the boot? And somehow my change that I saved for trollies was gone. Avoid, or expect poor service and being stolen from. Talked to manager on the day, only having noticed the dirt on the mirrors - 'come back another day, we do for you'.
