It's always been a pretty good place. The staff are polite and friendly and the car comes out clean

I always come here to get my car washed. Always great service, And I'm always greeted with an air freshener. They do a great job cleaning my car too

They are a con just like the hand wash, no receipts for cash, the car in front kept putting the brakes on during the wash and it stopped the car wash 5 times, i was given no refund for this improper wash, never again

Con Merchant Car Wash. Paid 11 pounds today, 11th November at 12.50pm for Wash and Basic Polish. Went through Wash to end to find the Drying System did not work. Drove back around to near start to tell Operator. Told Operator the problem with the Dryer. Operator told me it had been like that for nearly a week. I was Not told of problem before paying. I asked for partial Refund or Credit for another Wash. Operator Refused my request twice. I had an issue here couple of weeks ago. Wheels were hardly touched my Hand Jet Wash. Disgraceful Working Practice.

It's probably the best car wash in the area but expensive. What really let's it down is it is closed for maintenance what appears to be a lot of time although it still reports being open on Google. The staff seem to prioritise the valet service above the car wash which can be frustrating when you are waiting in a long queue.

Wasn't the cleanest after paying £20 for the highest package. Left lots of small scratches on the car. Water marks everywhere. Waste of money.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car cleaned. The boys are so friendly, polite and always go above and beyond for a very reasonable price. Took it in today for a mini valet and ultra wash and my 14 year old car looks like new. Thank you so much to the lovely young man who cleaned it for me first thing this morning.

Regularly use this place, car always nice and clean, hardworking staff.
