Tondu Hand car wash

Absolutely awful today I went from Cardiff to a regular car wash to have my car cleaned inside an out. When I left an got home to see this people at the garage broke my seat adjust snapped it completely off when I rang them I was told nothing they will do it must of been broke my car is a new car an was not broke what so ever absolutely disgusting service I would never recommend them ever again especially after being a loyal customer, I’d advise who ever had they car done make sure u check it they are fraudsters

Paid £10 for a clean inside the car 5 people took about a minute to hoover and polish. Left streaks all over windows and dashboard. The car was already relatively clean so I was surprised to see that they didn’t bother to vacuum the seats or rear footwells. Won’t be going there again. They used to be very thorough.

Price is good, good service, busy. Paint came off after wash but they didnt inform me, noticed after I left. They dont have space or time to give customers to check as they put them in a line moving them slowly out of car wash make sure to check it car after wash.

Paid £70 for wash and inside, yes it was messy as I have a special needs child that like to eat bbq sauce pops from McDonald’s n then throws them when he’s done with it. The boot still had bbq on which I had to clean off myself, also bits all over the base, the side of passenger seat had dirt n bbq sauce on when I moved it back, hadn’t been touched by them. Dash board still had marks on. For £70 I would expect it to be spotless. I WONT be using them again

I had a fantastic experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. My car came out spotless—shiny exterior, clean wheels, and the interior looked and smelled amazing. The wait time was short, and the price was more than fair for the quality of service. Had my car washed on the outside. When I got home and had a good look the car was cleaner before it was washed if that is possible. Streak marks, dirty water run marks, and two clean wheels and two dirty. Have been going to this car wash for years, didn't recognise any of the staff and won't be back for a slap dash job

Tried them four times now, from my observations possibly change the name to (jet wash).Far too quick not enough care taken, tend to blast too much with the lance when there's chemicals available for a more subtle approach. Should do more actual hand washing,besides missing a couple of spots what I find more of a disappointment is the lack of proper drying which leaves water marks. Nice idea with the loyalty card.

Pleasant and helpful staff who worked quickly and left my car sparkling inside and out. Excellent value for money!

My windscreen wasn’t cleaned inside. There were marks still left on a seat. The outside wash was bad. Not cleaned well at all. Didn’t realise til it I was dry and I had driven away. Shocking
