New owner sprayed one of my alloy wheels with a product that has stained or "bleached" the wheel. New owner was very pushy and tried to upsell me to a full valet when this is not what I asked for. Used this place many times before for tyres and wash but I won't be using again. Such a shame

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this car wash. Not only did they break the fuel cap cover off my car, but when I brought it to their attention, they completely refused to acknowledge the damage. I agree accidents happen but it’s how it’s dealt with that matters. Despite their negligence, they charged me the full price for the service. When I asked to speak to a manager, things only got worse. The owner, instead of addressing the issue, made a completely unnecessary and unprofessional remark about not being able to jet wash off a fuel cap. It was both baffling and infuriating. No compensation was offered for the damage to my car, and I left the place feeling intimidated and honestly, completely taken advantage of. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place, especially not on your own! Update: reported to trading standards for not supplying insurance details and for continuing verbal harassment over the phone.

Good service, but left a few dead flies on the front and didn't get into the corners on the wheels. At a glance my car looked nice and clean especially considering it was filthy to start with.
