Had a leaking rocker cover that left oil all over my engine bay producing a smell through vents as it was caked on everywhere. Got steam clean and now my engine looks brand new. No smell. Highly recommended

I ordered the mould car cleaning service and I’m really impressed with the results. The team did an excellent job removing all the mould and leaving the interior looking and smelling fresh again. They were professional and efficient. The whole process was smooth and the car now feels clean and comfortable to drive. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone dealing with mould in their car.

Tom from Rinseworks was brilliant. After my car was drowning in water internally due to a windscreen leak, Tom reassured me after my first contact with him. He came out at short notice, provided me with a plan on what was needed and also completed a comprehensive report for my claim with the windscreen company. He removed seats, trims etc and the underlay and proceeded to dry the carpet fully. A few days later returned and put everything back after treating the wet underlay and carpet and leaving everything as it was previously. Communication with Tom was first class, the finished product was excellent and the price was very competitive. I would not hesitate to use Rinseworks again as they made a stressful situation a lot better.

We would highly recommend working with Rinse Works. The services used: Deep interior clean, ozone treatment and exterior wash. My wife and I bought a used Ford C Max which had a pungent mould smell once you opened the door, not forgetting there were also some tiny spores growing in hidden spots around the vehicle. The smell was so strong you got a headache after 2 minutes of exposure. We were worried the vehicle would not be drivable given the health risks with mould. With about 3 hours into the job Tom and his team was able to leave the vehicle smelling brand new. There we’re so many positives to the experience with them: - Booked last minute and was able to be there the next day. - The staff were on time. - They did an amazing job, full satisfied. - Pricing is very reasonable. SERIOUS WARNING – AVOID THIS COMPANY My experience with Rinse Works Mobile Valeting has been shocking and deeply concerning. They market themselves as “specialists” in mould removal and charge premium prices, yet their conduct is anything but professional. The booking was made over 8 days ago. The night before the first appointment, the owner cancelled, blaming van trouble. A second date was agreed for the following Saturday — they simply did not turn up. Since then, I have: Called their mobile, WhatsApp, and landline more than 20 times Left multiple voicemails Sent at least 5 text messages I have been completely ignored. What makes this even more alarming is that I personally visited the addresses listed on their website — Rinse Works HQ at Oldham Broadway Business Park and Rinse Works Stockport — and the business does not exist at either location. They also demand payment upfront before any work begins, which combined with missed appointments, false locations, and total silence afterwards raises very serious red flags. This behaviour is unacceptable, misleading, and utterly untrustworthy. This is not how a genuine specialist business operates. I am posting this review as a clear warning to others: Do not book. Do not pay upfront. Do not rely on this company. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — look elsewhere.

Amazing service. Booked the mould removal service early morning, showed up by early afternoon same day to complete the work. The clean was absolutely spotless, very impressed.

Tom did a fantastic job on my mouldy car it now looks and smells as good as new

I ordered his services as we came home from a trip after 2 months to mold in the car and it being covered in bird fecal matter. I figured I'd give him a shot as he was one of the more affordable options. I'll be honest, I was skeptical at first due to some of the lower reviews, but I couldn't be happier in the end! The car looks as new as can be, and the mold is, at the very least, seemingly cleaned out. He asked if there were any problem areas after he was done, assumably to touch them up. He came out in 0°C temps to do this, too, and I couldn't recommend him more!

The team did a fantastic job on my car and they communicated extremely well from the moment I made the booking, all the way through to completion. Very happy to recommend!
