I read the bad reviews and still decided to go and experience it my self.. It’s very expansive and they don’t clean the car. It’s rush and rush. Never going back there.

Scratch the car, broke the back car seat change holder.. vile people.. avoid going here

Terrible place where there is one guy I think he is the owners son is very rude and doesn’t want to clean properly. They are not good at all

I was overcharged in a threatening manner. My recommendation is go somewhere else. I have used this car wash many times because it is conveniently located near where I live. I normally pay £20 for an inside and outside wash for my Toyota Yaris Cross, which is a small SUV. Their price board clearly states that this service costs £20. However, at the end, the staff member insisted I had to pay £25, claiming my car was “not a Smart car.” I explained that I had never been charged £25 before for the same service, but he continued to insist and did so in an intimidating way, which made me feel pressured to pay. This was a very uncomfortable experience. Based on this, I would advise others to be cautious, as the pricing appears inconsistent and the situation felt unfair. I feel cheated and very disappointed with this behaviour.

Great quick service

I recently visited this car wash and paid £20 for a service that was supposed to include dashboard cleaning and full vacuuming. Unfortunately, the car was not cleaned properly at all. There were still clearly visible dirty areas, which I pointed out to the staff member. Instead of fixing the issue, he insisted that it was clean. The dashboard was not properly wiped, and the vacuuming was poorly done, even though these services were included in the price. When I told him I was not happy with the service, he responded by saying he didn’t care. That was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I also have photos showing the areas that were not cleaned properly. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I have had my car cleaned here multiple times. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recently did a full valet and they went out of their way to get it done in time. Would recommend.
