Gave Automec a ring and discussed the issue - a damaged rear bumper on my Mercedes SLK. Spoke to Russ and took it in for him to have a look at the damage - told me the price and how long it would take to fix. All true to his word, I took the car in on a day that suited me and they fixed it within hours at the price originally quoted. Excellent service I'd highly recommend and thanks to Russ for great service.

Kept my car for a week for a tire. Never again

Complete con artist. Kept my car for a week before he even looked at it. Charged £50 for diagnostics and made up a problem. Very reluctant to take a card payment. By this I mean he wouldn’t and told me to go back home to go and get money. Wouldn’t tell me anything over the phone about the price it always had to be in person. Even with young kids and living in Langland, I was back and fore listening to his nonsense. He would sit me down with his wife and they would try and pressurise me. I was quoted over £2000 but offered a discount if I paid cash off the books. Had to take it to main dealer in the end who confirmed it didn’t have the fault I was told it did. It was something completely unrelated. There was a nice guy working there who helped me with getting a car seat out. Otherwise a terrible experience and vulnerable people could be financially exploited by this crook.

I toke my car there told them i have got electronic problem with auto transmission i wanted to found out what’s the problem they put in diagnostic told me what i already told them they didn’t know the problem and charged me £70 for something I already know Absolutely ribbing off never again and will not recommend to anyone

I wouldn’t give them 1 star. They are awful. Lies after lies. They kept the car for 12 weeks! Lying every week saying waiting for parts or our car will be on the ramp next. In the end I went and collected it. Do not trust them with a barge pole. They will charge you for diagnostics and won’t provide any paperwork. They are a total sham.

Dishonest in pricing was quoted £400 by Lee which was then booked in and written in the book, I dropped my car off then had a phonecall the next morning by russ who said the price had gone up to £600/£700 for work needing done, I refused and collected my car immediately,avoid this garage at all cost absoulte waste of time.

Best body repair shop in town. We send all of our customers here for any panel repairs and respraying. Fair price and very good job every time.

Excellent service, changed my automatic gearbox oil for me. Every one said it can't be done as its sealed for life, these guys changed it, what a difference it made to the gearbox

Didn't end up getting any work done with them, but they were more than helpful when I phoned them asking to look at my car. When I described the problem over the phone they suggested that I get a new battery before seeing them as that's what they would do, but assured me that I could take my car there at any point if there was any problems.

Always do a great job, always clean my car after too! Fixed my car on several occasions now my dad and boyfriend goes there too! They may be small but they do a great job.

Despite us being 1 hour late, they still serviced my E46 BMW transmission within the time promised. Very satisfied, lovely staff. Would recommend. By the way Mr "Service Manager", I did treat the missus to some new clothes! Karl P
