Paid £55 for valeting, boss on holiday staff did a awful job. Had to go back waste more time telling them this hasn't been touched that hasn't been. 10% was done 90% of the car wasn't touched. When i went back staff sitting around nothing to do bored. Save your time and give your car to other car wash business, surely they all can't be as bad as these guys!

Best car wash I ever been

A hugely disappointed with the aggressive experience at Pasha Hand Car Wash. I was quoted lower price for basic car wash but later charged £25, even though I normally pay about £10 for an exterior wash elsewhere and get a much better result. Plus, they completely destroyed my alloy wheels by using an acid based wheel cleaner taking the laquer/colour off; they denied even cleaning them, & they said the car came in like that, then tried using another cleaner to restore the colour. They’re extremely hostile demonstrating aggressive threatening behaviour using abusive expletives. The wash quality didn’t justify the price at all. I felt misled and would advise others to stay clear and go somewhere more honest and much better value. A horrendous experience & I suggest ALL & everyone to avoid this like an epidemic…..!!!!

This place always delivers, no fuss tyres sorted and for a good price. This morning I stupidly went three other places closer to home even though Ive been here before for tyres and wash. And after no stock, stupid prices and just good old fashioned bad customer service, I wound up back at Pasha’s who sorted the job straight out. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. The service was very poor and one of the workers, a man from Kurdistan, was extremely rude and aggressive. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. I wish I had read the other reviews before going because it seems many people had the same problem. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst car service in the area. I visited for the car wash only to come back with scratches on the rear and side windows. The response when I reached out for the solution was pathetic.
