Magic Hand Car Wash, South Harrow

Worse car wash use to be really good for the price you paid that’s why I kept coming back. I honestly don’t mind paying the price increase they deserve it but the quality is so poor. I was generally confused whether they cleaned inside I told the gentleman about the mark inside the car and he proceeds to correct it however in hindsight the marking was still there. Not worth it at all I’ll be going to my old car wash. I recommend you retrain you’re staff.

Very bad l experience, they damaged my car door paint and wouldn’t own up to the damage the done, they don’t really clean the car properly either, wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t go back again

Gone downhill. Poorly organised - had to wait 45mins and low-quality clean.

Great car wash! My car was cleaned perfectly and the staff were very friendly. I also got a nice air freshener that smelled great—such a nice touch. Definitely recommend!

Charged me £20 and can’t even be bothered to take the mats out to clean and left dirty side Glasses, main Front glass, left dirty wheel cover etc. Lazy, Reckless and don't care Staff and clearly not bothered about Loyalties. I had to clean the car myself once I got home. Whats the point of a car wash? 🤷‍♀️ Not coming back again. Thanks

Absolutely rubbish! Charged me £25 and can’t even be bothered to take the mats out to clean. Got home with dirty mats, car not dried properly and inside not cleaned well at all. I asked for it to be washed and cleaned inside & out. Staff not in the mood to work, lazy and clearly not bothered about loyalties. I had to clean the car myself once I got home. Wow, what a service. They even offered tea while I was waiting. The staff was very friendly and the result exceeded my expectations. For this price, I would gladly pay £10 extra. Highly recommended.

I used to be happy being loyal costumer for years with them but recently staff and management was changed and the people who work now there are absolutely wild. They sprayed acid not only on the wheels but on the paint as well and the worst thing the did happen shortly after when they tried to take my mats out the ripped them off the clips together with one clip ripped off the carpet what is most insane he did it to both front mats. Absolutely insane

Wow. My car was spotless inside and out. It smelled great as well. Car even looked better than when I had it at an accident repair workshop where they polished it up. Great car wash. Was hard to find as it was in a side road. Google map directions were terrible.
