Good service, decent price....definitely worth it!!!

Although this business is listed as a car wash, they also operate a tyre service at the back. My review is about the tyre service. I went there to have my wheels changed, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. On my first visit, they had a new employee who broke my TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system) sensor. They told me to come back on Monday because they would order a genuine replacement sensor and fit it. I came back on Monday, but it hadn't arrived. I returned the following Monday, and it still wasn't there. I went back again a week later, and they still didn't have it. Today I went back once more, and they sent me to another garage to have the sensor programmed. When I got there, they had no idea what I was talking about. I was then sent back to the tyre service to have the sensor fitted, and after that I had to return to the other garage to have it programmed. The whole process was completely disorganised and unprofessional. To make matters worse, while fitting the sensor they scratched the inside of one of my alloy wheels. The wheels had only just been professionally refurbished and painted black, so the damage was immediately obvious. It even felt like they were trying to hide it until I pointed it out. When I showed them the scratch, they simply said it wasn't a problem and told me to come back so they could spray it black. That is not an acceptable repair for a freshly refurbished alloy wheel. The car wash is no better either. I've used it before and it also caused damage to my car. I would not recommend this business at all. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and no respect for customers' vehicles.

Hit and miss this place sometimes they do a good job sometimes you have to tell them to clean stuff on the car that they shouldn't need telling to do

20 pound just to wash my van not dry and there is loads missed wheels not cleaned never again

Absolutely unprofessional. My partner was just walking past their establishment, when one of the workers fired his jet washer at him and just missed him above his head. I was on the phone with him when it happened and they were just joking and laughing about it. I would take my business to places that actually respect people.

Was walking past and they shot a jet washer inches from my head to try and spray someone walking next to me.. not the kind of person I'd want cleaning my car

Had a mini valet when I got home the bonnet was full of missed bits and the roof. The inside of my car stunk of sweat they didn’t even put an air freshener in the car. Absolutely shite never use again.

Avoid. Washed the lacquer of my bonnet. The short bearded guy's attitude stinks.

Lovely team, quick and efficient, great value for money!

I don't recommend. One of the asian guy with beard who washed my car didn't care at all about cleaning it properly, he left a couple of dirty spots or with foam, i had to ask him to do it again in some areas and he done it again in a superficial way. The only reason i give 2 stars and not 1 is for the staff who is drying the car, they've done a very nice job but if the guy who washes it is not doing properly, the impurities you collect on the cloth can damage your paint or protection layer.

Absolutely terrible. Customer service is ridiculous. Couldn’t understand what they were saying and laughed at me when I asked for a wash. Didn’t even ask what I wanted and continued to laugh when I wanted it dried and they had the audacity to charge me £3 extra for a STREAKY dry. Car came out as it went in.

Is a good place to wash your car especially when the weather doesn't help, cause nobody is there so I can wash the car. Why not? The staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your services.

They've got new staff and they chat amongst themselves while cleaning my car, stopping hands and I was stuck inside the hot car while they chatted, obviously unable to open the windows. Not cool.

Had a tyre replaced here never again tyre was cheap but the workmanship was very poor chewed one of the wheel nuts I would never go here again
