IMO Car Wash

Went for triple foam car wash today. Waited for 10 minutes as the guys were repairing the jet wah nozzle. No problem with that though. We waited patiently. Car went through the car wash but the final dryer sponges were not working. So the car came out wet. I spoke to the senior guy and he plainly refused to do anything about drying the car. He even had the audacity to complain about it. No sorry no apology for giving half service when we paid in full. Customer service absolutely zero.

I am from Llantrisant and work in barry, i believe that a car wash should be an exceptional experience.And IMO car wash has that experience with the drive through full hands on clean , an exceptional valleys. The team here at the car wash is very proud and cleaning gurus and they can give advice on cleaning and what needs to be done, they find Pride and always helpful to assist. This is my go to car.Wash cheap and reliable lots of choices
