Fraud car wash. Given me card with the stickers on it and when i had all the tickets they are saying we don’t accept this any more. Be careful with these scammers

A late review as I went here on 28th Oct 2025 but it was one of the best hand car washes I’ve ever been to! I had the inside & out wash and I wish I took before & after shots as the inside was a mess & they got a stain out of my seat too - they made it look like new. The owner had a similar car and we got talking, all staff were really nice & decent. I sat in the office whilst I waited. Well worth a trip, I live in Whitstable so it’s a long drive but I’d highly recommend going if you’re remotely passing that way as it’s worth the stop & it’s close to town too. 10/10 💯‼️

This place is a joke. The staff are rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less about the customers. I’ve never seen a business run with so little respect or professionalism. They talk down to you, argue instead of listening, and act like doing their job is a favor. The atmosphere is hostile, not welcoming. Save your time, money, and sanity. There are plenty of other car washes nearby that treat people decently and actually value repeat business. This one doesn’t deserve any. Avoid at all costs.

New owners charged a fortune. Just sprayed stuff everywhere, even on our mats, which were soaking wet. Won't be returning.

Awfull, went for an inside and out in my wife's small renault. And was charged £25! More than the price shown on the display. They said it was a medium sized car. It's a Clio!. You decide. Demanded payment. Will not go back!

Just moved to Maidstone from London and all the local car washes I Googled seemed to have mixed reviews so I thought I'd give this one a go as it's close by. Can't fault the clean in any way, they did an excellent job inside and out, so much so that I thought I'd bother to leave a review! Will be going back next time.

I recently took my car to this queen car hand wash for a thorough cleaning, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. Not only did the wash fail to meet basic cleanliness standards, but it also caused significant damage to my vehicle. Firstly, the paint on my car now has noticeable scratches and swirl marks that were not there before. It seems like the brushes used were either too harsh or not properly maintained. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a service that advertises itself as "high quality." Secondly, the leather seats in my car have suffered severe damage. The leather is now cracked and has lost its original luster. It appears that either the cleaning solution used was too harsh or the staff did not handle the interior with care. This kind of negligence is inexcusable, especially considering the cost of repairing or replacing damaged leather seats. I trusted this car wash with my vehicle, expecting professional care and quality service. Instead, I am now faced with expensive repairs to fix the damage caused by their incompetence. I strongly advise against using this car wash. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer property is appalling. Save yourself the hassle and take your car to a more reputable establishment.
