Good car wash

Clean and easy to access. Pumps work well and the forecourt is tidy. Staff were quick and polite, and payment was smooth with contactless available. Fuel prices were slightly higher than the usual prices in the area, but still reasonable for a quick stop. The shop has basic essentials and the toilets were clean. Good lighting at night and plenty of space to manoeuvre. Reliable stop if you’re passing through.

It's a fuel station does what it's supposed to card payment only.

This garage says open 24hours. Its not! Finished work came to get a few bit before travelling home. Shop closed! Managed to get the attention of a shop assistant who initially come across with a poor attitude, when asked what time does the shop re-open, looking annoyed advised 30 minutes. If the shop needs to close for meal breaks, clean downs etc, understandable, but make it clear for customers to make decisions and great customers with respect, as you expect me to give to your staff. After waiting as no alternative, I did make some purchases and the team member was more approachable and polite. Seems to be lone working which could be why he is frustrated.

I am very disappointed about that petrol station, I came here regularly to put fuel and always I put full the tank , but the issue with the toilet is always , from couple of months the toilet is not working . I am taxi driver and all the time when I came here they have an issue with the toilet. This is not ok .!!!!

Sometimes there is a problem with the queue being too long. Other than that, everything is OK

I waked across from the premiere inn 200 feet away and tried to buy some water. The guy came up to me and said we are shut. Why are you here. He said didn’t you see the barriers. He was very condescending to me. Ii didn’t see the barriers as I walked in. ’m a 64 year old man and I didn’t deserve that. Very very poor customer service. I will give you zero stars.

I just fill £25 worth of fuel then went to pay cashier at the till very poor customer service
