I'll start with the pros first and say that they gave my car a good clean inside & out I'll give them that. As for cons unfortunately 1. Trying to charge me £30 even though on the board it say £25 for a mini valet clean for a car. And 2. Not saying that the £30 was for a super valet even though i didn't want that and lastly 3. One of the staff members being rude after i spoke with him about the price confusion. And i wasn't the only one as another customer was argueing about being overcharged as well. If the manager reads this then you should teach your staff about manners and etiquette. And most importantly don't mislead customers with prices and overcharging.

Best car wash around by far! Very recommended.

Paid £30 for a small valet, bits still on my back seats, windows have marks on them! Boot cover not hovered at all, dirt still left on my wheels, wheels not polished, took the pain off of my caps. Not worth the money

Excellent service. Very honest. The manager found a ring left to me by mother in law i had lost. Handed it to me with no expectations. Just kind. Car cleaned very well also.

I’ve been to all the other Carwashes in Southend but I have never got my car washed better than here. Very highly recommended

I'm nervous of car washes, but find the Westcliff Hand Car Wash reassuring and easy to use. The service is very good, the price is competitive, the staff are friendly, and they've upgraded to office to a pleasant waiting room.

Wasn’t dried properly windows were all smeared sides was still wet and charged me £20 for a small Ford connect a bit expensive for the quality of wash
