Crossgates Hand Car Wash

Been coming to this place for the last 3 years . Came today and the job they did was so poor , just sprayed foam on and rinsed off .Asked for a tyre shine as I normally do and was told we are too busy . Won’t be using this place again .

Not happy today. Tried to charge me £12 ..said how come it's that much ? Said to me that prices go up. I asked when as l was there a couple of weeks ago. Then decided to charge me £10...disappointed as been going there since they opened.. Joan Deakin

Wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone made no attempt to actually clean the car but yet try to up sell to me quite disgusting really

My local car wash that I use regularly. They do a decent job, sometimes streaky but the car does look fresh for a week or two, so can't complain. Never had any scratches from them. Only 4 star as the prices have gone up slightly and they now charge £1 per tyre for the black paint touch up that takes them about 3 seconds each, £4 for this service probably not worth it.

Friendly staff but not a very good job at washing throughly. Bottom half of car not cleaned properly also not dried very well. I think they rush when a few cars are waiting. £10 not worth it.

Scammers!!! They charged me £12 for just wash and dry,no tyres shine and doors drying as they charging extra for that. I don’t recommend them, don’t go there

Don’t use this place, fake reviews too. I usually go to one on Selby Road who always take pride in their work, but I was passing here so thought I’d try this one instead. They barely dried it, but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. When I got home I found they barely cleaned it either. The white vertical line was bird poo which they haven’t even bothered to wash off, and there’s dirt all on the back under the rear wiper. Would have been more enjoyable to burn the money and not bothered turning up here. What a scam, I won’t be returning. Notice the quotation marks on the positive reviews? Clearly fake reviews they’ve asked others to post.
