Val - Mobile Car Valet

I contacted Val for an 'emergency' valet due to milk spillage and he managed to fit me in that night (working until gone 8pm which in itself is impressive). Unfortunately the smell was not fully gone after the first clean, not his fault just a tough request as it had found its way in to hidden places. I messaged him to ask for suggestions and within 5 minutes he called me back and offered to come back and re-wash the specific area the next day. Can't ask for more than that. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Booked an appointment he never showed up, no phone call nothing.....not professional Never replied to my text Reply to response You only contacted me through someone else because I left feedback on google, 5 days later I texted you the next day to ask why you hadn’t shown up !!! To which you didn’t reply.. As a customer I shouldn’t have to chase you Your attitude was arrogant and aggressive which my partner heard how you spoke to me so I responded the same I don’t appreciate being told to take the review off when my experience was poor that’s what reviews are for.. It’s your responsibility to contact your customers. You have also lost customers from the building due to this. Maybe next time contact your customers!!

Had my car valeted today from Val. He was perfect, he had to arrive late due to traffic but that was not his fault as he had to travel from the other side of the county to get to me and I asked for a late appointment. He was efficient, but took his time with the valet, both inside and out. He was very competitively priced and was very friendly. He also have some good advice on maintaining the car in good condition, and how best to endure damp areas are minimised. Car looks like it's brand new again and hadn't looked like that since I bought it 4 years ago. Would highly recommend Val and his services to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

From the moment I contacted Val he was prompt to respond and provided a professional service. He arrived on time, was polite and worked hard to transform my extremely dirty car making it look as good as new. I would highly recommend.

Contacted them via telephone and have been asked to send my address and telephone number for availability to be send to me. Happily have agreed to the proposed 6 weeks wait, but this individual has not bothered contacting me back despite obtaining personal information. Edit 18.04.2026 - Message received from this individual when asked them why they have not followed with further communication after the initial contact. That was their response clearly showcasing that they are inly interested in subscription type service or them so called repeat customers. ----------- "My service is not appalling, I have told you I will call you when I have availability somewhere/sometime mid April at the time of the phone call. I did not found the time to fit your car considering the service you have chosen over the condition you described your car. As well, I have recommended and told you to look for alternatives to my services, like de drive in carwash/valeting places because I am committed to permanent ongoing and repeat bookings/customers Other factors for I have not got in contact with you were the 4-5 storms we had over the past 3-4 weeks that directly impacted my ability to work." ------- Also polite reminder to the same individual - before sending people to read the law of GDPR, please make sure you have read the same yourself and understand the terms personal and identifiable information.

Thank you Val for doing such an excellent job with my Range Rover today. The spillage was a tough one and I could see you used your expertise to do all you can to make it right. Your 3.5 hours work was very much appreciated, doing a splendid job both inside and out. Well worth the money and so glad I found your services will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family.

Used Val for 2 years, always does a great job!

Do not use. I trusted this valeting service with my car for the second time today. Unfortunately, after the valet I found that my rear view mirror is now cracked. I have driven this car for over a year and have not noticed a crack in the rear view mirror so I am sure it has been cracked while being valeted. I spoke to the gentleman only to be called a troubled women and was given 4 separate excuses as to how it happen. These ranged from my dogs cracking the mirror (although they travel in the back seat). Also he said that extreme heat can cause the mirror to cracked. So, implying that heat from the blowers when on to dry the upholstery had cracked the mirror. He then said it had taken him 2 hours to clean my car saying it was dirty. My car was dirty, I have two dogs, but that is why I paid this person £70 to clean it. He also asked for a picture of the mirror from before the valet. My only regret is I didn't take a picture before, but then again I didn't expect my mirror to be damaged by the valeting service. I would post pictures of the damage on here, but that doesn't appear to be an option.

Val did a full valet today on my Mondeo estate, and I am 200% satisfied at the result. I would recommend his services to anyone thinking of doing the same. Thank you Val, professional job.🙂😎

Had a lot of mould in my car on the sears as I've been off work for a long while.. Had everything cleaned washed and dried... gave me instructions on how to completely dry it off the next day.. clean the outside of my car even though I didn't asked for it to be done.. an absolute star of a lad!! Done an amazing job!! Would definitely recommend for any cleaning job!!! Will put up before and after pics to show the difference!!
