Good price and great job

I was a regular customer until one day they done a very poor job went to complain next day and all I got from them me no understand English.

Rude staff , broke my door handle on my car and didn’t wanna accept liability then made threats to smash up my car🤣 been going there years. Lost a loyal customer. Don’t recommend after today’s experience.

Rude and aggressive. Tried to charge me extra for having 7 seats all though it only had five and the car is a small car as it is. Won't be going again and recommend anyone else to go elsewhere.

BEWARE AND DO NOT USE. Poor attitude, I've used this place a few times but the owner must've changed. Disgusting behaviour from the staff. I walked in wanting a car wash and the interior cleaned and the guy screamed at me for wanting to come back later. Why would I wait when the interior is being cleaned as well. This is poor behaviour. I advise using a different car wash. I will be trying the rumney car wash instead. Horrible people and will never use again. Also, look at the reviews. This place isn't good anyways, the high ratings are from past customers. The new people here have ruined cars and the low recent ratings show. DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THE RATINGS. I’m writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I received at your hand car wash. To begin with, I was asked to pay extra on the basis that my car was “very dirty.” While I accepted this at the time, it completely defeats the purpose of using a car wash if even a slightly dirty car results in additional charges—especially when the quality of the clean does not reflect the price paid. The overall standard of the wash was unacceptable. There were water run marks left all over the exterior of the car, and multiple visible stains were still present, including bird droppings that had clearly not been properly cleaned. On top of that, I noticed two new marks on the vehicle after the wash—one appears to be a scuff, and the other looks like a scratch. These were not present beforehand and are very concerning. The interior was equally disappointing. Dust was still clearly visible across the dashboard and around the gear stick area, to the point where I had to clean these areas again myself after leaving. This is basic cleaning that should not have been missed. Additionally, I have 3D plastic floor mats that only require a quick wipe down. Instead, they were simply jet-washed, left soaking wet, and put back into the car without being properly cleaned or dried. As a result, they still had visible mud marks on them. It was clear the work was rushed, likely due to the sunny weather and high demand, but that is no excuse for such a low standard of service. I paid for a professional clean and did not receive anything close to that. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues and consider appropriate compensation for the poor service and damage caused. Regards

Fast and easy. But not the best wash. It’s rather a quick version of hand wash. Could easily pick dirt even after all that jet spray and hand wash.

Always good friendly service. Haven't tried the inside and out service for a while but basic car wash very good.

My young daughter took her little fiesta here today to have the outside washed and inside vacuumed, They totally took advantage of her naivety and washed the seats (when there was nothing wrong with them) and charged her £75.00 I understand a full valet is costly but the car hasn’t been waxed and they didn’t even lift the bonnet, Absolutely disgusting 😡

They scratched my car. I had a good experience the few times I went before but this was the result from 2 days ago. Do not recommend.

The staff at the car wash did a good job in cleaning my car and the price was reasonable.

When I arrived, I asked the employees if i could have an inside and out car wash, whether they were trying to be funny or not, I found this very rude and uncomfortable. Once they had finished cleaning my car, I was rushed to drive off, even though i was just adjusting my car seat that they had moved, i noticed that they had taken paint off my passenger side door as they had gone too close with the pressure wash and when trying to find contacts online, it was made very difficult to find them. I will not be returning and i advice you don't either.

Took my car for a wash on the outside of my car on Saturday the 15th of march, once the wash was finished I noticed they had taken paint off my driver side door by going to close with the jet wash. Upon questioning the staff about the damage on my car they told me they couldn’t do nothing about the damage until the boss had returned from holiday. During this time they had offered to replace my driver side door with a second hand door from the scrap yard (admitting liability) I refused to have a second hand door put on my car and continued to get a quote from an independent garage. They quoted a total of £751.20 to repair the damage to a professional standard. I rang the boss of the car wash on Friday the 28th of march and was the first time I was able to get hold of him. The boss point blank refused to pay the quote claiming it was too much money to pay and he was only liable for the damage he had caused. He claimed he had already checked the camera footage and then went back and claimed they didn’t damage my car but still told me he would get my car resprayed him self and it would only cost £50/£60 which is a load of bull and if they hadn’t damaged my car why would you offer to get it fixed right ? Makes no sense. They knew they had damaged my car but wanted a cheap easy fix. When you damage any part of a panel on a car you can not just respray the damaged area of the panel. The whole panel needs to be resprayed to a professional standard. The boss point plank refused to get it sorted unless he could get it sprayed by his “mate” which I wasn’t very comfortable with. Avoid this car wash at all cost. If I could have given them a zero start rating I would have. They are nothing but a bunch of scum bags.
